Our Talent team, (formerly Exellys) and now a cornerstone of Projective Group, specialises in matching, developing and coaching of young talent. We are a talent incubator, supporting early stage career professionals in their development and supporting our clients in becoming better in adopting these talents.
**What will you do?**
In the role of Talent Development Officer, you will be the point of contact for employees who are employed by us at clients or are interested in doing so. In this job, you will have a lot of autonomy and be in charge of your own agenda and work organisation. Your days are filled with career and coaching meet ups with trainees, client visits, training sessions, evaluation meetings and internal team collaborative work. You will support a balance between what is important to our clients, to our trainees and to our company.
Your responsibilities will include
- Career coaching, mentoring
- Training & development (development & implementation of programs)
- Evaluation process (facilitating regular evaluations and progress discussions)
- Onboarding & exit interviews (Ensuring smooth transitions for new hires and departing employees, including retention)
- Community building (organising and managing department events to foster a positive workplace culture and maintain strong connectivity with trainees)
- Support matching of profiles with roles at clients
- Clients contact (understand their needs, pitching our service offering)
**Your skills and qualifications**
- Experience within commercial recruitment and/or project sourcing.
- Knowledge of generalist HR topics is a great asset
- Quality and professionalism prevail in every decision you make within your job.
- You are a people person who attaches importance to good and personal follow-up of your team members.
- Commercial mindset and the will to build a long-term relationship with your customer portfolio are very important.
- Entrepreneurial spirit: having a nose for business and being able to work autonomously are essential qualities.
- Fluent Dutch and English, French is a strong plus
