**About Ariad**:
We’re the digital consultancy & staffing firm that leading A-brands in Europe count on to make digital transitions happen. We partner exclusively with brands like Samsung, Carrefour, ING, Orange, and MediaMarkt. Ariad consultants are specialized in digital marketing, e-commerce, digital communication, digital analytics, marketing automation, digital product design, and digital transformation.
**About our role**:
Our client is De Lijn, a company focused on improving the customer experience in digital travel information, e-ticketing, and e-care. They are looking for a digital project manager/product owner with at least 5 years of experience in digital projects. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding and following up on challenging projects (Sales & Care), inspiring digital teams, and realizing the digital roadmap. You will play a crucial role in aligning priorities with various stakeholders in the organization.
**What you will be doing**:
Guide and follow up on challenging digital projects (Sales & Care).
Assist and inspire various digital teams in finding appropriate digital solutions.
Realize the digital roadmap in collaboration with digital teams.
Align priorities with various stakeholders within the organization.
**What you bring**:
Ambition to further develop your career in the digital industry.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Past experience in the transportation industry is nice to have.
Your strengths are analytical thinking, problem-solving, and strong IT knowledge.
Working experience with tools such as Zendesk is essential.
Strong business focus and delivery-driven mindset.
Strong communication skills in Dutch.
