Introductie
IT-Planet is een gespecialiseerd informatica projectsourcing bedrijf, gelegen te Gent. We zijn actief bij diverse grote klanten over heel Vlaanderen en Brussel in volgende ICT-domeinen: Application Development, Infrastructure Services & Software Testing. Om ons team van 180 medewerkers te versterken zijn we momenteel op zoek naar een **Digital Product Owner** om aan de slag te gaan bij onze klant in **Mechelen**.

Functie
Het digitale programma van onze klant is gericht op het verbeteren van de klantervaring, zowel op het vlak van digitale informatie, e-ticketing en e-care.
Om het digitaal team te versterken zijn zeop zoek naar een digitale project manager/product owner met een ruime ervaring in e-projecten.
De digitale project manager zal verschillende uitdagende projecten begeleiden en opvolgenen de verschillende digitale teams bijstaan en inspireren in het vinden van de gepaste digitale oplossing in functie van de noden van de klant.
Hij/zij zal mee zorgen voor digitale verankering binnen de marketing en andere afdelingen van de klant.
De digitale PM is verantwoordelijk, tezamen met de digitale teams, voor het realiseren van de digitale roadmap.
Hij/zij is verantwoordelijk voor het aligneren van de prioriteiten met de verschillende stakeholders.
Functie-eisen
- Minstens 4 jaar ervaring in digitale projecten.
- Ruime ervaring met digitale kanalen, web & mobile.
- Brede IT kennis en ervaring met digitale architectuur.
- Je wendt je analytische vaardigheden aan om mee in het team de beste oplossing te ontwerpen voor de business.
- Je kunt omgaan met onzekerheid en een gebrek aan specificaties en ziet dit eerder als een opportuniteit.
- Je denkt oplossingsgericht.
- Sterke business focus en delivery-driven.
- Teamplayer en anderen kunnen inspireren.
- Hogere opleiding (Master of Bachelor) met technische/engineering of bedrijfseconomische achtergrond, of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je praat en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands.
