**Your missions ?**:
- Clear communication: The coordinator ensures that team members understand the project's objectives, timelines, and desired outcomes through clear and effective communication.
- Goal setting: The coordinator helps set specific, achievable goals for each project and activity, ensuring that team members have a clear understanding of what is expected of them.
- Regular monitoring and feedback: The coordinator regularly checks in with team members to provide feedback, guidance, and support as needed. This helps to ensure that projects stay on track and any issues are addressed promptly.
- Resource allocation: The coordinator ensures that the necessary resources, such as budget, manpower, and equipment, are allocated effectively to support the success of the projects and activities.
- Quality control: The coordinator sets quality standards and regularly evaluates the work produced by the team to ensure that it meets these standards.
- Collaboration and teamwork: The coordinator encourages collaboration and teamwork among team members, fostering a positive and supportive working environment.
- Training and development: The coordinator provides opportunities for team members to improve their skills and knowledge through training and development programs.

**Your profile ?**:
Experience of at least 6 weeks as a coordinator.
Passionate about the world of sports and animation, that's the base
Good knowledge of computer tools (Excel - Word - Teams).
Excellent customer service skills
Dynamic with a positive attitude
Professional with an entrepreneurial spirit
Creative to bring fun into your job Autonomous but with the ability to work in a team
Organized, rigorous and perfectionist.
