Om ons departement Passenger Aviation te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Welcome Center Coordinator.
Als Welcome Center Coordinator ben je ambassadeur van het Welcome Center. Samen met de Welcome Center Manager, de coördinatoren en de medewerkers vorm je één team binnen het departement Passenger Experience. De C van Customer Centricity is onze basis: we gaan elke dag voor net dat tikkeltje meer hospitality. Jouw skills en energieke drive zijn een combinatie van het DNA van Brussels Airport Company en het WEC ambassadeurschap, met een voorliefde voor data in een context van passagiersbeleving.
**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verzamelen van de feedback van onze passagiers rond het WEC (receptie, lost&found, information desks en customer care), en dit via verschillende ijkingskanalen, consolideert deze in rapporten die op regelmatige basis intern worden gecommuniceerd, met het oog op het verbeteren van het passagiersproces, en het bereiken van de relevante strategische doelstellingen binnen ons bedrijf, zoals de ASQ resultaten
- Je werkt vanuit het kloppende, operationele hart van onze luchthaven en onderhoudt interdepartementale contacten, om op de hoogte te blijven van de laatste operationele informatie voor al onze WEC teams
- Niemand hoeft jou te vragen wanneer een WEC team ondersteuning van jou kan gebruiken in een operationele, uitdagende setting: je voelt dit aan, en zet je beste beentje voor, samen mét het team
- Je denkt proactief mee aan de verbetering van ons WEC via de opstart/support van/aan projecten
- Daarnaast sta je, samen met de andere coördinatoren, in voor het coachen, motiveren, beoordelen en aansturen van het team.
**Wat jou onderscheidt**:
- In je rugzak: mínimaal een eerste werkervaring binnen hospitality, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een bachelordiploma of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Je bent gebeten door de luchthaven microbe
- “You’re a data driven kind of person:” je bent sterk in reporting, je brein kan data zeer goed visualiseren, je krijgt energie van een mooi rapport
- Communiceren en presenteren (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) in het Nederlands, Frans of Engels? Aucun problème pour vous.
- Agility is your middle name. Je staat gerant voor een transparante communicatie en een open geest
- Anderen omschrijven jou als iemand dynamisch, flexibel en gedreven. Je bent het zonnetje in huis en je straalt je positiviteit uit op anderen
- Je wil actief je steentje bijdragen aan de luchthaven van de toekomst

- Je bent bereid te werken in een ploegensysteem (6u tem 22u00 tijdens weekdagen, 6u tem 20u00 tijdens het weekend, alsook op feestdagen)
