Twipe is a mediatech scale-up based in Leuven, Belgium working with leading newspaper publishers in Europe and the US to grow their digital subscribers and sustain quality journalism. We offer cloud based digital edition publishing, analytics, and personalization solutions. Our innovative solutions accelerate the growth of newspapers including Le Monde, The Telegraph and the various titles of Mediahuis (De Standaard, Het Nieuwsblad, De Telegraaf, ).

To inspire our industry, we gather and analyze industry knowledge and share insights with our growing Future of News publishers’ community.

Amidst an exciting phase of expansion and our steadfast focus on delivering excellence to our clients, Dana, our Head of Sales, is in search of a new Delivery Project Manager. At Twipe, you'll be entrusted with leading and managing complex projects, collaborating with key stakeholders, and ensuring the successful realization of our organizational goals.

**What do you do?**
- You develop and implement strategic project plans aligned with customer goals, ensuring effective project execution
- Managing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously is a key aspect of your role, ensuring alignment and synergy among related projects
- You engage with key stakeholders, including executive leadership, to gather requirements, provide project updates, and manage relationships
- Identifying, assessing, and managing complex project risks and issues is a critical responsibility, requiring strategic decision-making to mitigate risks and ensure project success
- Overseeing planning, allocation, and budget management across multiple projects is essential for optimizing resource utilization
- You establish and enforce high-quality standards for project deliverables, maintaining excellence in project execution
- Facilitating communication within the organization and delivering program-level status reports are key aspects of your role to keep all stakeholders informed
- Mentoring and coaching team members for their personal development is part of your commitment to nurturing talent within the team

- Agile project management and navigating technical teams are your domains, allowing you to thrive in dynamic project environments
- You understand the power of effective project management and leverage it to drive projects to successful outcomes
- Your proficiency in cloud technologies adds depth to your expertise, enabling you to excel in tech-driven projects
- Your education and certifications underscore your commitment to excellence and serve as a testament to your qualifications
- Your technical affinity and familiarity with cloud technology, as well as web/mobile apps, position you as a valuable asset to our organization
- Proficiency in English is required, and additional fluency in French, German, Italian, or Dutch is a nice-to-have bonus
