**Business project manager Mobile**
**Project Lead**
Are you interested to work on interesting projects in the Mobile domain? We are looking for a full-time business project manager.
You’ll end up in one of the most challenging and innovative trains, and more specific in the Mobile wagons. We have three Mobile teams which work together closely. Two teams focus on the functional aspects and new features. One team focuses on architecture and core. We are a multidisciplinary team, existing out of developers, functional analysts, business analysts, business members, testers, BAU-coordinator, scrum masters and product owners. You will work with committed and enthusiastic people who oversee and manage our apps, both for our customers and for prospects. You will work on projects that innovate and improve our solutions, this always with the customer in mind.
**Responsibilities**
As a Business Project manager, you work closely with the Product owner. Together, you are responsible for the E2E realization of the project: from idea to delivery. - You ensure a smooth progress through the entire project life cycle:
- Starting with workshops to define the scope of the project.
- Refining the scope and business requirements by writing user stories and creating
process flows. Making sure there is clear and up-to-date documentation.
- Presenting and discussing project’s scope and progress with management and risk functions.
- Coordinating the content of the project with interfacings teams.
- Following up the project until it goes to the customers. You are the SPOC for all project-related questions
- You are also co-responsible for guaranteeing a high quality & stability of our solutions.
- You will also work on business-as-usual tasks (eg: review of app store comments, production testing,)
- You initiate process optimization: take the necessary initiatives to improve our customer satisfaction for the processes and are also critical for internal processes and optimizations. The Safe tools we’re using are Jira and Confluence. We work in iterations of 2 weekly sprints and have a quarterly PI planning.

- You communicate clearly, both orally and in writing. We use Dutch and English to support our colleagues.

- You are flexible and can quickly respond to unforeseen circumstances, lastminute adjustments and, sometimes, tight deadlines.
