We're in search of a medior IT Project Manager to steer strategic projects to success. This pivotal role involves harmonizing the efforts of diverse project teams and stakeholders to achieve set objectives, ensuring a smooth kickoff, and maintaining momentum throughout the project lifecycle.

**Your responsibilities** will include:

- Identifying project risks and devising effective contingency plans.
- Monitoring progress, managing schedules, and addressing any deviations promptly.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure clear communication and agreement.
- Supporting and enhancing scrum practices, including sprint planning, team follow-ups, and scrum events.
- Playing a key coaching role, driving process improvements and fostering a proactive, solution-oriented mindset within the team.

**To thrive in this role**, you should possess a solid background in project management, with the following competencies:

- Proficiency in Dutch and English.
- Strong facilitation, motivation, and collaboration skills, combined with the ability to think critically and make decisions effectively.
- Experience in complex delivery environments, with a keen understanding of IT technical aspects and mobile development.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly the SAFe framework.
- Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving contexts, with a continuous eye for improvement and unwavering commitment to quality.
- Leadership qualities, coupled with a positive, creative, and proactive approach to challenges.
