**Your Role as a Project Manager**:
As a Project Manager at Eezee-IT, your primary responsibility is to steer significant IT projects to success, ensuring excellence in delivery and fostering lasting client relationships. You will:
- Lead large projects, ensuring quality and efficiency with a team of analysts and developers.
- Maintain high team morale and internal satisfaction through effective leadership.
- Build enduring, trust-based relationships with clients, understanding and meeting their needs.
- Utilize scrum methodology to enhance team agility and performance.
- Oversee project risks, budgets, and timelines, ensuring projects are delivered as planned.
- Engage in presales activities, proposing project and operational improvements.
- Mentor junior team members, promoting a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
Your goal is to achieve client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships through exceptional project management and client service.
**We're Looking For**:
- Holders of a master’s degree in business, administration, or related fields.
- Experienced in project management within the IT service industry, with a structured approach to challenges.
- Skilled in leadership, communication, and customer relationship management.
- Knowledgeable in ERP systems and organized project execution.
- Creative thinkers who view problems as opportunities.
- Resilient, capable of working under pressure and managing stress effectively.
- Proficient in defining and refining project requirements, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Quick learners, open to new technologies and methodologies that can enhance project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Speaks fluently in Dutch and English. French is a plus.
