Resengo is een **bloeiende scale-up **gevestigd in een gloednieuw kantoor te Berchem. **Hoe ziet jouw rol eruit als Product Designer bij Resengo?**:

- Als designer bouw je actief mee aan de productvisie en draagt deze mee uit. Hiervoor gebruik je inzichten uit onderzoek, marktevolutie en UX best practices om de roadmap te versterken en te onderbouwen.
- Je hebt ervaring met designsystemen. Je zal een belangrijke rol hebben in de evolutie van het designsysteem.
- Op dagdagelijkse basis sta je in voor de productcyclus:

- o Exploratief onderzoek; je bent verantwoordelijk voor het klantonderzoek (klantinterviews, useability testing, focusgroepen,), van onderzoeksvraag tot conclusie.
- o Wireframe design; highlevel in kaart brengen van de mogelijke denkpistes en deze intern en extern valideren.
- o Visual design; je vertaalt de gevalideerde wireframes naar pixelperfect design en valideert intern en extern. Indien relevant vertaal je het visual design naar een clickable prototype.
- o De gevalideerde oplossing draag je over naar het development team. Hierbij zorg je voor de nodige documentatie.
- o Tijdens development volg je mee op en stuur je bij waar nodig.
- Beargumenteren en presenteren van jouw oplossingen aan interne stakeholders en hen overtuigen van het belang van de voorgestelde optimalisaties.
- Onze junior designers rekenen op jouw ondersteuning op inhoudelijk vlak.
- Je bent de UX-apostel en stimuleert Resengo als geheel om nog klantgerichter te werk te gaan.

**Jouw talenten en ervaringen als Product Designer**:

- Je hebt circa 5 jaar relevante werkervaring als designer.
- Communiceren in het **Nederlands en het Engels **vormen geen enkel probleem voor jou.
- Je hebt ervaring met het organiseren en faciliteren van workshops, co-creatie sessies en design sprints.
- **Soft skills**: klantgerichtheid, creativiteit, durf, analyse skills en kwalitatieve productgerichtheid.
- Je kan je beroepen op een grondige kennis van **Figma** en de **Adobe Suite**.
