As Regional Facilities Manager you will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing and managing the maintenance services of our three Brussels Clubs, to meet the demands of our members.
This position is the perfect opportunity for a highly passionate, motivated and dynamic individual with excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, who wants to be part of the fast paced and dynamic world of Health Clubs.
Job purpose
- The purpose of this role is to lead and manage technical and building maintenance services of our Belgian clubs to ensure smooth running and safe operations at all times. This includes ensuring that all the Club facilities are well-cared for and fit for purpose at all times to support the satisfaction of our members and guests.
- The Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for all aspects of maintenance at the club and the management of the main outsourced technical maintenance contract.
- He/She will be reporting to the Group Director of Engineering and will manage the maintenance team of the Belgian clubs and other maintenance supply chain.
- In addition, he/she will be the senior point of contact for the Aspria operations team for all maintenance issues as well as, responsible for setting and implementing the future direction of maintenance management at the Brussels clubs in collaboration with Head Office.
- Finally, the Regional Facilities Manager is responsible for ensuring that all works comply with current Belgian health and safety regulation and safe working standards, including service suppliers and/or supply chain partners.
- The role will also require regular travel throughout the week (possibly as often as daily) between the Brussels clubs and occasional trips to the other Aspria European clubs.
Profiel
- Degree level in a relevant discipline such as mechanical and/or electrical engineering
- Facilities management experience, ideally coming from multi-service, commercial environments
- Exposure to the mechanical, electrical or building services sectors, with a good working knowledge of
- Electrical systems
- HVAC (CVC)
- Water treatment for swimming pools
- Fire systems, Smoke detectors, security and access systems
- Lifts
- H&S
- Team management experience
- Commercial skillset in managing budgets and external service-providers
- Excellent written and spoken French and English
Jobgerelateerde competenties

- Een storing in de installatie lokaliseren en technische oplossingen en herstellingsvoorwaarden bepalen
- De onderhoudsgegevens van een werkplaats of een dienst opvolgen, analyseren en afwijkingen vaststellen (kosten, onverwachte uitgaven, inventaris van losse stukken,...)
- Kosten en herstellingstermijnen inschatten en een kostenraming voor de interventie opmaken
- De opvolggegevens van interventies registreren en de informatie doorgeven aan de betrokken dienst
- De componenten van defecte systemen identificeren, herstellen of vervangen (tandwielstellen, kogellagers, hydraulische verdelers, onderdelen van gestuurde processen,...)
- Een computer aansluiten op de uitrusting en storingen opsporen met behulp van geregistreerde programma's
- Preventieve of correctieve onderhoudswerken organiseren, plannen en opvolgen
- De technische documentatie van machines of installaties actualiseren (constructeursrichtlijnen, historiek van defecten, wetgeving,...)
- De uitrusting wijzigen of aanpassen volgens de wettelijke of productievereisten (productiesnelheid, nieuwe producten,...)
