Het Paleis voor Schone Kunsten (Bozar) is een toonaangevend cultureel centrum in het hart van Europa. Een multidisciplinair programma van tentoonstellingen, concerten (versterkt en klassiek), films, voorstellingen, conferenties en festivals combineert cultureel erfgoed en creativiteit met wereldculturen en de jongste artistieke ontwikkelingen in ons land. Om in te spelen op onze constante ontwikkeling en nieuwe technische uitdagingen, zijn we op zoek naar een : Technisch Coördinator
Als Technisch Coördinator ben je verantwoordelijk voor het **op voorhand voorbereiden** van artistieke projecten.
- Je verstrekt advies en beoordeelt de technische aspecten van artistieke projecten;
- Je coördineert en superviseert het geheel van de technische aspecten van evenementen, concerten, conferenties en festivals die in Bozar worden georganiseerd:
- Je neemt deel aan het opstellen van de behoeften aan personeel en materieel om ervoor te zorgen dat projecten efficiënt worden uitgevoerd, rekening houdend met tijds
- en veiligheidsvereisten en in overeenstemming met artistieke richtlijnen;
- Je creëert of analyseert plannen van de set-up en technische fiches;
- Je draagt bij aan de verbetering van onze werk-infrastructuur in samenwerking met de technisch verantwoordelijke;
- Je werkt nauw samen met interne artistieke productieteams, klanten of externe dienstverleners om hun specifieke projectvereisten te doorgronden en eraan te voldoen.
- Je zal flexibele uren werken met regelmatig diensten die 's avonds, in het weekend en op feestdagen vallen.
**Jouw Profiel**
- Je hebt een algemene opleiding podiumtechniek afgerond en hebt interesse in technologische ontwikkelingen in jouw vakgebied;
- Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring met het begeleiden van evenementen vanuit organisatorisch oogpunt;
- Je werkt graag aan de realisatie van artistieke projecten;
- Je kunt je perfect uitdrukken in het Nederlands of Frans en je hebt een passieve kennis van de tweede taal; Je kan in het Engels communiceren als het gaat over technische onderwerpen;
- Je hebt algemene kennis van technische materieel;
- Je kan goed overweg met informaticaprogramma's zoals Excel, Word en Powerpoint;
- Je weet goed om te gaan met stress en je reageert zelfstandig, snel en efficiënt op last-minute verzoeken;
- Je hebt commercieel inzicht en je weet hoe je compromissen moet aandragen;
- Je hebt een realistisch inzicht in de kosten van een project;
- Je hebt een goede kennis van de veiligheidsnormen en -voorschriften die gelden in de evenementensector;
- Je bent polyvalent en in staat om je collega's bij te staan in hun vakgebied, zoals geluid, video of podiummanagement.
- Je bent goed georganiseerd en je werkt graag in teamverband.

- Een voltijds contract van bepaalde duur tot 31.12.2024, met de mogelijkheid tot verlenging of omschakeling naar een contract onbepaalde duur
