For our Belgian **Talent department**, we are currently looking to recruit an **Academic Relations** **Coordinator (M/F/X).**
**YOUR CHALLENGE as **Academic Relations Coordinator** (M/F/X)**:
- Contribute to define, together with the Branding & Sourcing Manager, a country academic relations’ strategy plan and activity roadmap taking into account the Belgian and international academic world
- Build and entertain collaborative relationships with academic institutions across Belgium (secondary schools, high schools, universities). Map out schools where students study in disciplines that match the ENGIE vacancies and reconcile the students and academic needs with our business needs
- Organize company visits and job days with (technical) presentation to students
- Organize, coordinate (with other entities of the Group) and participate in career and job fairs across Belgium to represent ENGIE on campuses and source new talent for internship roles and stages.
- Connect internal employees with schools for potential research projects, lecturers, stages, internships. Build up and animate an ENGIE Belgium ambassadorship community which is active in academic-related activities
**YOUR PROFILE as **Academic Relations Coordinator** (M/F/X)**
- You hold a Master degree (or equal reasoning skills) and have relevant professional experience in the energy business; in project management and in academic relations. Having a pedagogical background is an asset
- You have a strong affinity with a technical environment
- You are ready to spend your time between schools and the different ENGIE Business units in Belgium (mainly power plants)
- You have a proven track record of managing successful relationships with external and internal stakeholders and of networking You are fluent in English, Dutch & French**WE OFFER YOU **as **Academic Relations Coordinator** (M/F/X)**
