De Business Analyst werkt nauw samen met interne afdelingen om de bedrijfsprocessen te optimaliseren. Je doel bestaat erin de organisatie in procesvorm te realiseren en hieruit suggesties en voorstellen voor vereenvoudiging en optimalisatie af te leiden.
Wat zijn je verantwoordelijkheden?
- Elke dag sta je naast en in de business in de wereld van Supply Chain. Waar moet er nog een tandje bijgestoken worden? Wat kan efficiënter? Welke applicaties kunnen optimaler of welke ontbreken er nog? Wat voorspellen data? Met jouw helikopterview leg je snel de juiste verbanden.
- Je analyseert de bedrijfsprocessen en verdiept je binnen de logistieke processen van het bedrijf. Je zorgt ervoor dat het WMS systeem en alle andere logistieke systemen voldoen aan de noden van de business.
- Je durft ook bepaalde processen in vraag te stellen, hiervoor ga je regelmatig gesprekken aan met de gebruikers. Je optimaliseert de processen waar mogelijk, en voert deze optimalisaties ook door binnen het WMS systeem.
- De bedoeling van de functie is het verkrijgen van een goed inzicht in business processen, de bedrijfsprocessen en de aanwezige ICT toepassingen (systemen, applicaties, processen). Je weet theoretisch 'complexe' materie om te zetten in praktisch haalbare oplossingen
- Je maakt statistische analyses, signaleert risico’s, brengt de eisen van de business in kaart,
- Ben jij gepassioneerd om diverse administratieve processen te optimaliseren, zodat alles in een efficiënte workflow loopt? Hecht je veel belang om deze processen te bewaken en bij te sturen waar nodig? Dan ben jij de kandidaat die wij zoeken voor de positie van Business Analyst.
**Hiervoor kijken we uit naar**:
- We zijn op zoek naar een gemotiveerd en hands-on persoon met een bachelor of masterdiploma (economische richting, bedrijfsprocessen,)
- Niet alleen woorden, maar ook daden. Je vertaalt je verbeteringsvoorstellingen in een implementatieproces. Als business analist vertaal je de behoeftes van het bedrijf (de ‘business’) naar bruikbare (IT) oplossingen.
- Je bent een zeer sociaalvaardig en communicatief persoon, want je bevindingen in een geloofwaardige presentatie gieten en verkocht krijgen aan je opdrachtgever is noodzakelijk
- Je ondersteunt en beheert ict
- projecten en verzorgt trainingen waar nodig.
- Je kan vlot problemen ontleden, bedrijfsbehoeften beschrijven, de werksfeer observeren en andere analyses maken die het bedrijf beter maken.
- Je beschikt over zelfstartvermogen : je neemt de nodige initiatieven om de vooropgestelde doelstellingen te bereiken
