We have an opening for a **18 month fixed terms contract **as Supply Chain People Capabilities Manager Role working on the Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) programme. This role is required to develop and deploy the business and digital supply chain capabilities required to support the activities in scope of the programme, including the implementation of a new advanced planning system (APS), a new target operating model for integrated business planning (IBP), and new decision intelligence and analytical competencies, which will become the foundation for the new global supply chain at GSK.

The role will work collaboratively with GSK colleagues in the supply chain business and Tech functions as well as third parties to identify the skills needed for the supply chain roles of the future and define the training strategy and plans required to upskill the team, including recommendations on new and/or existing capabilities, training courses, status reports, KPIs/measurements, and continuous improvement. The role will work the Systems Integrator to set up a Train the Trainer (TTT) approach initially for the APS implementation and then as required across the SCT programme.

**In this role you will**
- Partner with the Supply Chain Transformation (SCT) Programme and business leads to identify the people capabilities and skills required for the Global Supply Chain transformation Programme
- Develop the people capability approach, framework and learning strategy for the SCT Programme working with the other Supply Chain Capability leads
- Defines the people capabilities framework to reskill/ upskill team members
- Defines the competency matrix to support people capability gaps for teams
- Create the people capability and training plan for the Supply Chain Transformation programme
- Identify and develop the people capability / training materials (new / repurpose existing materials)
- Create the Train the Trainer programme initially to roll out the Phase I APS, IBP, and Decision Intelligence projects and subsequently for Phase II of the SCT Programme
- Recommend measurement approach and KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of the SCT people capabilities / training activities
- Measure effectiveness and lead reporting for the SCT people capabilities/ training programme
- Gain continuous feedback from key stakeholders and end users for the people capabilities / training programme and optimise regularly
- Source competitive/ external information to regularly update the SCT people capabilities programme
- Lead the governance for the people capabilities and training initiatives
- Manage the SCT people capabilities and training budget

**Basic Qualifications & Skills**:
**We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals**:

- Degree (or equivalent) in related field
- People capabilities & training experience preferably with Supply Chain experience in Life Sciences and / or digital transformations
- Lead people capabilities & training across complex, digital transformation programmes and demonstrable credibility with/management of senior stakeholders
- Deliver effectively across a large-scale project working with multiple stakeholders
- Able to communicate complex technical details to non-experts, including senior stakeholders
- Advanced experience of using the Microsoft software suite: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams etc.

**Preferred Qualifications & Skills**:

- Global Supply Chain experience
- Excellent presentation and communications skills
- Passion for supporting teams to upskill /reskill
- Curious about learning and supporting teams to upskill / reskill to be equipped for the future
- Business proficiency in English language is necessary, French is a plus
