Als Batch Release Analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteitsbeoordeling en de evaluatie van lokaal geproduceerde goederen op basis van resultaten van uitgevoerde controles, nazicht en evaluatie van de batch documenten. Je werkt hierbij in nauw verband met de productie afdeling en supporterende afdelingen.
Samen met supervisie zorg je voor het ontwerpen, verbeteren en opvolgen van controlesystemen, evenals het trainen van andere analisten. In deze rol rapporteer je aan de QA teamleader.

De consulent is verantwoordelijk voor onder andere:

- Het uitvoeren van de review van batch documentatie van inkomende materialen, aseptische bulken, afgevulde producten met bijhorende inspectie, verpakking.
- De QA vrijgave van bulkloten en onderliggende processen.
- Het berekenen van een aantal testresultaten gebaseerd op productiegegevens.

Als Batch Release Analyst zorg je mee voor het continu verbeteren en controleren van de kwaliteitsprocessen binnen het team, o.a. door het schrijven en aanpassen van QA gerelateerde procedures, het melden van atypische incidenten die je vastgesteld hebt en het in kaart brengen van punten ter verbetering in het batch documentatie proces.

REQUIRED COMPETENCES & SKILLS
- Je hebt een bachelor opleiding in een wetenschappelijke richting genoten of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Ervaring binnen een kwaliteits
- of productieomgeving is zeker een voordeel
- Je bent sterk kwaliteitsbewust en hebt kennis van GMP
- Je hebt een grondige kennis van het Nederlands
- Je bent in staat om met de verschillende computerprogramma’s te werken (LIMS, SAP, QTS,) of om je dit snel eigen te maken.
- Je werkt graag in een operationele omgeving en bent communicatief sterk
