Ben je een ervaren UX / UI designer met een passie voor het creëren van buitengewone ervaringen voor webgebruikers? Een designer die als geen ander de gedachtegang van bezoekers begrijpt en die deze weet te vertalen in wireframes en prototypes? Dan ben jij de geknipte persoon voor de job

**De uitdagingen van de job**:
Je zal volgende uitdagingen moeten (durven) aangaan:

- Via analyses kan jij unieke en gebruiksvriendelijke ervaringen creëren voor webgebruikers.
- Je kan kwalitatieve en kwantitatieve gegevens in nuttige en bruikbare ervaringen vertalen.
- Je werkt conversiegerichte navigatiestructuren uit en definieert de structuur en werking van de interface.
- Je identificeert de behoeften van gebruikers (persona’s), zorgt voor informatie-analyses en optimaliseert Customer Journey's.
- Je bouwt gedetailleerde wireframes en prototypes die precies weergeven wat er ontworpen/ontwikkeld moet worden.
- Je materialiseert je ideeën en verdedigt ze zowel naar de klant als bij het development-team.
- Je adviseert zowel je klant als de visual designers en developers bij de uitwerking van projecten.
- Je volgt projecten op van begin tot eind en waakt over de juiste gebruikerservaring doorheen een Agile ontwikkelingsproces.

**Wat verwachten we van jou?**:

- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in user interface en user experience design.
- Usability standaarden zijn je bekend.
- Je begrijpt perfect de principes van een user experience design.
- Je kan briefings omtoveren tot een visueel concept.
- Je bent leergierig en volgt graag de laatste nieuwe trends op vlak van UX/UI.
- Je bent communicatief en je kan in team werken.
- Tools zoals Sketch, Illustrator, Photoshop, Axure,... zijn je niet onbekend.
- Basiskennis van HTML en CSS zijn een pluspunt.
