**In search of**:
- As a
- **Sustainability Assessor and Adviser**, you will analyze and evaluate the client's real estate and/or area development project(s) in
- **all sustainability aspects**.
You will do so **based on different assessment tools and methods** (such as BREEAM, WELL, DGNB, HQE or LEED).
Your responsibilities will be:
- You
- **guide** the client in the timely and successful
- **construction assessment** and in the
- **certification** of the building or area; this in the design, construction and renovation phases.-
- You
- **advise** the design and construction teams regarding the
- **sustainable measures, studies and information** they need to provide, through presentations, workshops or others.-
- You get
- **maximum value** out of the investment by optimizing the implementation of the assessment tools and methods for the client.-
- You map out and manage the different
- **project steps** in accordance with the chosen
- **certification standard**.-
- You gather relevant information through questionnaires, have regular conversations with relevant
- **stakeholders**, attend relevant
- **project meetings**, visit
- **construction sites**, etc.-
- You align and report on the progress and results of the assessments, offer advice and suggest improvements when necessary.-
- You write an
- **assessment report** and coordinate communication with the relevant
- **certification body** (e.g. BRE Global Ltd for BREEAM).-
- Mapping, managing and reporting the CO2 emissions of a building in operation + developing an improvement plan to reduce CO2 emissions.**What is expected of you?**:
- You have a higher education
- **degree**.-
- You have an interest in real estate and sustainability and you want to use your knowledge and skills to make our developed world and space better, with the goal of making a positive contribution for a climate neutral Europe.-
- You work together with our consultants and experts on real estate and sustainability.-
- Are you already certified in one or more tools? If so, that's a plus. If not, we will take you through a training and certification process.-
- First and foremost, you are challenged by the accurate and disciplined guiding and executing of the different steps in an assessment process.-
- You are a self-starter who enjoys working with others and making progress through consultation. You have e
- **xperience in preparing, leading and following up meetings.** You give advice where necessary.-
- You enjoy working in an international team and maintain good relations with our team in Paris.-
- You speak and write
- **fluently** in two languages:
- **Dutch and English or French**
