Als Sustainability Consultant speel je een belangrijke ondersteunende rol binnen onze adviestak. Je werkt nauw samen met ervaren collega’s en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling en uitvoering van duurzaamheidsinitiatieven voor onze klanten. Deze klanten bestaan voornamelijk uit familiale ondernemingen in diverse sectoren, die aan het begin staan van hun duurzaamheidstraject. Zij rekenen op jouw deskundig advies en frisse blik op duurzaamheid

Concreet zal je actief bezig zijn met volgende zaken:

- Ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen en uitvoeren van de strategische visie en roadmap voor de ESG & Sustainability Business Line.
- Assisteren bij het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties met klanten, partners, experts en andere stakeholders.
- Bijdragen aan de interne strategie rond ESG & Sustainability door onderzoek en analyse.
- Ondersteuning bieden bij het coördineren en uitvoeren van duurzaamheidsprojecten en initiatieven.

Let’s talk about you: Ben je of heb je
- Een teamplayer in hart en nieren die zich wil verdiepen in de KMO markt op vlak van duurzaamheid?
- In het bezit van een masterdiploma in een relevant vakgebied (ingenieurswetenschappen, economie of andere gerelateerde opleidingen)?
- Gepassioneerd in ESG & Sustainability, en zin om meer te weten te komen over bestaande concepten, principes en praktijken?
- Uitstekende kennis van het Engels, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk?
- Een strategische visie en het vermogen om deze om te zetten in concrete acties en resultaten?
- Uitstekende samenwerkingsvaardigheden?
- Een doener mét gezond verstand en een open mind?
- Sociaal, vlot in de omgang met de ambitie om te ondersteunen in een volwassen Business Line uit te bouwen?
- Bij de pinken, inventief en 100% betrouwbaar op alle vlakken?
- Leergierig en toegewijd om klanten en VGD met jouw ideeën te inspireren?
- Pluspunt: een eerste werkervaring van +/- 1 jaar in Sustainability of binnen een domein die hier nauw aan samenhangt.
