We hebben met helen b, naast onze winkel in Gent, ondertussen meer dan 600 verkooppunten wereldwijd én toffe particuliere klanten die rechtstreeks in onze eigen webshop kopen. Om al deze klanten op de juiste manier te bereiken én de communicatie van helen b verder uit te diepen zijn we op zoek naar een **toffe en creatieve marketing executive **om ons hierbij te helpen.
Je vindt helen b een leuk merk en wil er mee je schouders onder zetten? Naast een vlotte pen heb je een analytische mindset. Copy schrijven, originele content bedenken of het opzetten en opvolgen van campagnes? You’ve got it

**Wat verwachten we van jou**:
- Heel veel **goesting** om helen b mee te helpen groeien en de wereld te veroveren.
- Je denkt na over **innovatieve en doeltreffende content **en maakt een contentplan op voor onze verschillende communicatiekanalen. Je voelt aan dat we op zoek zijn naar originele content met de typische helen b-knipoog. De juiste tone of voice, een goeie beeldselectie, leuke en geslaagde nieuwsbrieven,Jij neemt hierin het voortouw
- Je werkt samen met en rapporteert aan de Marketing & Sales manager. Jij waakt over de uitvoering, evaluatie en bijsturing van de **digitale strategie** via alle kanalen. Je brengt data in kaart (doelgroepen, traffic, conversie,...) en zorgt dat deze actueel blijven. Hierdoor optimaliseer je de ROI van al onze online kanalen.
- Je zet **online campagnes** op waarbij je de juiste klanten bereikt. Wanneer de campagne loopt, duik je graag in de data om de prestaties te analyseren. Of het nu om particulieren, grote retailers of niche B2B-spelers gaat, door jouw juiste (re)targetting en segmentatie skills bereik je ze zonder problemen.
- Je waakt mee over de **visuele identiteit** van helen b: onze webshop, nieuwsbrieven, socials,àlle communicatie zit op een lijn en dat is mede jouw verdienste.
**Profiel**:
- Je bent een **digital native** met minimum 5 jaar relevante ervaring
- Je hebt een achtergrond in **communicatie /(digital) marketing**:
- en contentmarketing (cfr. Mailchimp), GA4, Google Search Console, SEO / SEA
- Je kan zelfstandig **advertenties** opzetten en de resultaten ervan opvolgen
- Een **must**: affiniteit met helen b als merk en met onze doelgroep. Je voelt perfect aan hoe je op een creatieve manier onze klanten moet benaderen.
- Je hebt interesse in (online) marketing en social media. Je leert graag bij en blijft op de hoogte van de laatste **trends** en mogelijkheden van interessante platformen en tools en kan leuke ideeën vertalen in een concreet stappenplan.
- Je hebt een vlotte pen, grafisch oog en werkt graag **zelfstandig** binnen een snel schakelend team.
- Je **communiceert** vlot in het Nederlands en Engels, Frans is een nice to have
