How would you support our success?
As a Marketing Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in the development, implementation, and optimisation of marketing strategies and campaigns.
You will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our marketing department, ensuring seamless execution, and driving efficiency and effectiveness.
Your responsibilities?
**Marketing Strategy and Planning**:
- Provide data-driven insights to optimise marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Track and analyse marketing performance metrics and make recommendations for improvement.
**Marketing Operations Management**:
- Oversee the execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Implement and manage marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and other marketing technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and ensure effective communication.
- Develop and enforce best practices for data management, campaign tracking, and reporting.
**Project Management**:
- Coordinate and prioritise marketing projects, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to maximise efficiency and ROI.
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to support marketing initiatives.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
**Collaboration and Development**:
- Provide guidance and support to your marketing peers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing operations and share knowledge with the team.
**What Will Support Your Success?**:
- Experience & Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing operations or a similar role.- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in marketing analytics tools.- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality work within deadlines.- Skills & Knowledge
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems: CRM platforms, such as Salesforce, and HubSpot.- Marketing Automation Platforms: HubSpot's marketing automation tools.- Familiar with Content Management Systems (CMS): WordPress-
- Social Media Management Platforms: Hootsuite,- Analytics and Reporting Tools: Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics- Advertising Platforms: A strong understanding of Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Twitter Ads- Marketing Project Management Tools: Monday- Attitude & Personality-related traits
