ARHS Developments is looking for a Business Intelligence Expert for one of its clients at the EU Institutions.

Role & Responsibilities

Creation and maintenance of Enterprise Data Warehouses (EDW) and complex Business Intelligence Solutions (Data Lakes / Data Lakehouses).

Designing architectures both on the cloud and on premises (whether hosting or cloud on-premises) or combination of both (hybrid).

Gathering business requirements.

Designing ETL processes.

Data virtualization.

Data modelling.

Physical DB design.

DB performance analysis.

Design of Data Quality and Health Monitoring processes.

Elaboration of test programs.

Writing technical documentation.

Assistance with deployment and configuration of the system.

Participation in meetings with other project teams.

**Qualifications**:
Your Profile

Master's degree or equivalent by experience

Ability to participate in multilingual meetings.

Ability to understand, speak and write French and English.

Ability to work in a team.

Ability to work with a high degree of rigour and method and, more specifically, to follow naming conventions and coding standards.

Ability to work in multi-cultural environment, on a large project.

Technical Skills

Excellent knowledge of Business Intelligence tools, design and development of dashboards;
Strong analytical skills, ability to extract meaningful insights from complex datasets and create effective data visualisation and dashboards;
In depth knowledge of SQL, relational database systems, data warehouse architectures;
Excellent command of Excel. Familiarity with data science techniques with Python is considered an asset;
Actively engage in disseminating insights to relevant stakeholders in a clear and comprehensible manner;
Excellent ability to transfer knowledge and deliver compelling presentations/data stories to both business and technical audience;
Excellent, demonstrated ability to deliver presentation to both business and technical audiences;
Solution-oriented and accuracy to detail;
Specific expertise

Minimum 5 years of professional experience in report and dashboard development (e.g. Power BI);
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Data Warehouse, Oracle RDMBS Database development, Data Modelling and SQL;
Minimum 5 years of professional experience in delivering user trainings in the context of BI solutions and self-service analytics;
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in deploying machine learning models in BI solutions (e.g. integration Power BI-Python or Power BI-Azure Machine Learning Studio integration);
