**About the role**
We have a superb new opportunity for an HR professional passionate about employee end-to-end life cycle processes to join our friendly HR team in Belgium. Reporting to Country HR Lead, you’ll ensure a smooth running of all HR administrative activities while continuously improving our employee journey.
In this role, you will:
Assess, offer recommendations for improvement and manage the HR systems and processes using best practices to ensure compliance.
This will include
- Offer documentation
- Pre-employment checks and onboarding
- Employee records and contract amendments
- Processing of starters and leavers
- Employee query management
- Payroll processing documentation
- Absence processing, tracking, and monitoring
- HR reporting and database management
Manage and develop a team of 5
Provide support to managers regarding transactional HR processes
Continuously improve HR activities and tools focusing on digital solution reducing manual administration
Ensure clear SLA's for the team and query resolution
Support and contribute to HR projects as and when required
**About you**
**What we are looking for**
- Experience in a managerial position within the HR department
- Demonstrable knowledge of HR administrative best practices, HR tools and Technology
- Experience in business process optimization with a focus on HR transactional process and administration improvements
- Highly developed analytical and influencing skills
- Great communication both verbally and in writing, with the ability to communicate complex information in a meaningful way
- HR systems experience
- Digitalization experience and project management experience
- Language requirement: Fluent in English and Dutch
