To help our further expansion, we are looking for a **Technical Sales Manager. **As part of a small team in a scale up environment, you help Codifly in achieving the next level.

**Responsibilities**
- You create a professional sales environment within Codifly, which means that
- you’ll support and coach the management to enhance commercial skills-you’ll guide future employees in this domain
- you’ll support the development team, which also has customer relationships
- You support the owners of Codifly in business development, marketing, sales and recruitment activities
- You actively contribute to building a professional organization
- You participate in the realization of our mission and vision
- You make proposals to tackle the recruitment of new customers/projects more efficiently
- You assist the management with the marketing-strategy-plan and translate the marketing plan into reality.
- You develop a sales battle-plan with a forecast for the next five years.
- You diversify the customer portfolio
- You identify, analyse and pro-actively respond to new opportunities
- Your customer-radar is always ON, you attract new customers/projects
- You visit our (potential) customers to talk about our services
- You detect the needs and wishes of customers & partners and translate these to innovative apps & services
- You negotiate contracts with our new customers
- You build sustainable cooperations and long-term relationships with customers
- You create our Social Media Identity and connect Codifly to the world
- You participate in the recruitment of new employees, at high school/universities (new graduates) as well as in the labour market (experienced profiles
**Requirements**:

- You hold a bachelor degree in management, business or applied economics or equivalent
- Sales and commercial mentality with 3 years of practical experience in a similar position
- You have a background in and feeling for IT
- You own modern marketing skills as they are common today
- Your second language next to Dutch is English
- Drivers license B

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent contract

**Salary**: €2,200.00 - €3,500.00 per month
