**Dit is jouw topjob**:
Het team Broker Communication & Web verzorgt de communicatie naar de verzekeringsmakelaars en hun eindklanten. Om deze ploeg te versterken, zoeken we momenteel een **Communication Support Officer**.** Als Communication Support Officer speel je een cruciale rol in de organisatie en ondersteuning van ons communicatieteam. Hiervoor zijn we op zoek naar een polyvalent iemand die van aanpakken weet en graag bijleert. Een 1ste relevante werkervaring is een plus, maar geen noodzaak.
**Jouw taken zijn onder meer**:
- Samen met de communicatiespecialisten in het team weet jij de (digitale) boodschappen op de juiste manier bij het (makelaars)publiek te krijgen. Je maakt bijvoorbeeld een match tussen hun teksten en de aangeleverde databestanden om **mailings te versturen**.
- Je maakt professionele **PowerPoint-presentaties **voor interne en externe meetings & events.
- Je **coördineert**, in samenwerking met de hoofdredacteur, de realisatie van ons **papieren** **makelaarsmagazine **(contacten met de drukker, opmaken van de verzendlijst)
- Je participeert actief in coördinatiemeetings rond verschillende projecten en initiatieven samen met andere equipes en je **coördineert ook zelf verschillende (communicatie)projecten**.
**Dit ben jij helemaal**:
- Je hebt kennis van **Word**, **Excel** en **Adobe **(**mailingtool) of wilt ermee leren werken.
- Een goede kennis van **PowerPoint en/of van software voor beeldbewerking** is een grote troef.
- Je hebt een **analytische geest**, met oog voor detail maar ook voor efficiëntie.
- Je bent sterk in planning en coördinatie. Je bent in staat om **verschillende projecten tegelijk** op te nemen en bent niet bang voor een strakke deadline.
- Je hebt enige ervaring in of hebt minstens interesse in **project management**.
- Je hebt zin voor initiatief en hebt een ‘hands-on’ en ondernemende mentaliteit.
- Je kan zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een team-player die graag met verschillende partijen overlegt om samen tot de beste oplossing te komen.
- Expertise of ervaring in **marketing en communicatie** is een grote troef.
- Je hebt **mínimaal een relevant bachelorsdiploma** of ervaring in een soortgelijke functie.
- Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands en het Frans.
