Après avoir suivi les formations relatives à votre fonction et démontré une maîtrise suffisante de celle-ci, vous
conviendrez avec votre manager des modalités de télétravail et de présence au bureau, à certaines occasions
(réunions d'équipe, événements, formations,...) ainsi qu’à chaque fois que vous le souhaiterez. Yuzzu vous fournira
le matériel nécessaire et une compensation financière adaptée pour vous permettre de télétravailler dans des

**Quels sont vos principaux objectifs ?
**Vous rapportez au Head of Brand & Communication et jouez un rôle clé dans la stratégie de croissance
en développant la marque Yuzzu sur le marché belge.
**Quels sont vos responsabilités ?**
En tant que **Communication Officer**, vous reportez au Head of Brand & Communication et participez activement
aux activit s du d partement Marketing. Plus concr tement, vous travaillerez sur l’ cosyst me de la
communication ;**
**Content creation**: vous créez des contenus dédiés au différents touch points et vous êtes en charge du
long copy.
**Social media**: vous développez le calendrier éditorial, le plan de contenu et suivez les KPIs de
performance.
**Brand reputation** & communication de crise, management et suivi de la e-réputation (réseaux sociaux,
reviews, TrustPilot )
**Brand activation**: vous mettez en place des évènements et des activations (incluant le Sponsoring & le
portefeuille de goodies), avec l’aide de bureaux externes lorsque c’est n cessaire.
**Public relations**: vous développez les supports et les messages permettant de créer et de maintenir un
lien de confiance avec nos publics internes et externes.
**Employer branding, CSR et communication interne** (développement du réseau social interne,
évènements)
**Brand consistency**: vous êtes en charge de la qualité et de la cohérence de ligne éditoriale (messages,
look & feel, tone of voice ) à travers tous les points de contact client (messages de campagne, textes
sur le site, d veloppement d’articles pour le blog, mise en place d’un calendrier ditorial pour les r seaux
sociaux, signalétique et matériel Points de vente, etc.).
**Budget management**: vous monitorez le budget et suivez le process de facturation pour le département
marketing.
**Suivi des tendances** (pige concurrentielle, volutions technologiques comme l’Intelligence artificielle,
etc.)
**Quel est votre profil ?
**Minimum **3 à 5 ans** d’exp rience dans une fonction marketing/communication.
Vous êtes **créatif et innovant** et tout en gardant pour le client une place centrale.
Vous êtes un **très bon communicateur** quel que soit le support (texte, image, vid o, sons )
Vous êtes **dynamique**, proactif et vous tes capable de travailler aussi bien de mani re autonome qu’en
équipe.
Vous aimez travaillez dans un **environnement agile** sans silos
Vous avez des compétences en gestion de **budget et de projet**
Vous êtes parfaitement **bilingue**
