Voor een van onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een Communication Officer. Onze klant is een Frans bedrijf dat gespecialiseerd is in verzekerings
- en vermogensbeheerdiensten. Vandaag de dag is het een van 's werelds grootste verzekeringsmaatschappijen met meer dan 100 miljoen klanten in meer dan 50 landen.
**Description**
Het Communication, Branding & Sustainability Team is op zoek naar een Communication Officer.
Concreet zal je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden hebben:
- Ontwikkelen van een creatieve en authentieke communicatiestrategie om de duurzaamheidsprestaties van het bedrijf in de kijker te zetten door middel van een 360 ° gestructureerde communicatieaanpak.
- Lanceren van innovatieve initiatieven (schrijven van aandachttrekkende nieuwsartikelen, aantrekkelijke Social Media posts, aansprekende videoclips, vlogs, etc.) om de prestaties van ons team te promoten bij interne en externe stakeholders, en dit alles op een authentieke manier.
- De communicatie opvolgen van verschillende duurzaamheidsprojecten.
- Leid engagementacties voor de interne communicatiegemeenschap. De voortdurende afstemming op en naleving van de communicatieregels en wereldwijde normen van de Groep.
- Actief op zoek gaan naar nieuws door op te treden als interne journalist en gebruik te maken van onze governance newsroom.
- We verwachten dat je positioneringsplannen opstelt en uitrolt voor Executives om hun interne en externe exposure en imago op Social Media te verbeteren. Dit betekent ook: deze plannen dag voor dag uitvoeren, teksten schrijven, beelden zoeken, optreden als expert op dit gebied, de betrokken Executives bijstaan en coachen in hun Social Media positionering en diensten verlenen als end-to-end campagne manager. Het imago van het bedrijf promoten en hun reputatie beschermen.
Hiervoor werk je nauw samen met collega's van het topmanagement, de business, marketing, distributie en HR op het gebied van interne en externe communicatie.
**Profile**
- Je bent een creatieve digital native die er alles aan doet om onvergetelijke communicatie-ervaringen te creëren en uit te voeren.
- Je hebt een zeer goede beheersing van algemene communicatievaardigheden: een vlotte, enthousiaste pen, newshunting, copywriting, creatie van video's (journalist en editor), speechwriting en de ontwikkeling van innovatieve Social Media content.
- Je kan enthousiasme ventileren en vlot communiceren - zowel in gesproken als geschreven woord - perfect in het Nederlands en vlot in het Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt een diploma communicatie en een eerste ervaring in verschillende (minstens 3) van de volgende domeinen: interne communicatie, externe communicatie, social media content, reputatiemanagement, crisiscommunicatie, creatief ontwerp, copywriting, marketing, employer branding, enz.
- Je beschikt over goed ontwikkelde sociale vaardigheden. Teamspirit en een positieve houding zijn uiterst belangrijk. Je bent een geboren netwerker en bouwt gemakkelijk relaties op. Je bent diplomatiek van aard.
