Taken
**Dit is jouw challenge**
- Je vindt snel jouw weg in online systemen, backoffices van websites en web shops, data rapporteringen,...
- De focus in deze rol ligt op het online gedeelte.
- Je ondersteunt het team met jouw kennis over databases en logisch (online) denkvermogen.
- Jij begrijpt data en kan deze op een efficiënte manier presenteren en weergeven.
- Database management is een term die jou niet afschrikt.
- Je zal sterke relaties opbouwen, zowel intern als extern en vormt de brug met Marketing.
**Wat ga je concreet doen?**
- Je wordt verantwoordelijk voor de Global Journey web shop (het reisprogramma van Tomorrowland), de Tomorrowland Winter web shop, databases en sales data rapporteringen van zowat alle Tomorrowland related events.
Vereisten
- Je hebt een data gerichte opleiding achter de rug.
- Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in een online/data functie.
- Project management is jouw ding.
- Je hebt ervaring met databases managen, Online backoffice systemen (van website/web shops) zijn jouw natuurlijke habitat.
- Je kent Microsoft Excel van binnen en van buiten.
- Je kan data analyses overzichtelijk voorstellen.
- Je hebt oog voor detail en kan heel goed logisch nadenken.
- Een portie gezonde stress en werken met deadlines geeft jou een boost
- Je bent een sociaal persoon die zich in een jong entertainment bedrijf perfect op z’n plek voelt.
- Je spreekt vlot Engels.
Niet vereist, maar nuttig
- Ervaring met Microsoft PowerBi en/of Cumul.io is een pluspunt.
- Basic html + css kennis is een pluspunt.
- Frans is een plus.
