**Dit is écht je ding**
- Als doorwinterde business consultant sta je op projectbasis in voor de realisatie van data analytics projecten bij je klanten.
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de projecten vanaf de analyse-fase tot en met de oplevering.
- Dit betekent dat je instaat voor de analyse van de noden en de juiste oplossing formuleert. Verder ben je verantwoordelijk voor de integratie met andere toepassingen, het testen van je oplossing, je demo’s en workshops organiseert en het aanspreekpunt bent voor de klant tijdens en na de oplevering van het project.
- Naast de rol van business consultant ben je binnen het data analytics team ook de topexpert. Als competence lead ben je verantwoordelijk voor de vaktechnische opleiding en evaluatie van collega’s, het uitschrijven en delen van best practices en het borgen van een hoogstaande kwaliteit van de opgeleverde projecten.
- ESC is een sterk groeiende speler in de markt. Logisch dus dat je zelf hieraan wil deelnemen en de ambitie hebt om mee met ons door te groeien.

**Ben jij de juiste match voor de job?**
- Naast een expert in je vak ben je ook een geboren coach voor je team. Je weet op een constructieve en motiverende manier je vaktechnische expertise over te brengen.
- Je beschikt over een doorgedreven kennis van Power BI en ervaring in ‘Data Warehousing’.
- Je voelt je thuis binnen de resultaatgerichte, no-nonsense aanpak van ESC.
- Autonoom werken vind je belangrijk. Tegelijk weet je de waarde van een team hoog in te schatten. Je ondersteunt collega’s, deelt kennis en weet op een constructieve manier bij te dragen aan het teamresultaat.
- Je bent kritisch, kan de zaken conceptueel uitdenken en beschikt over een stevige dosis analyse - en synthesevaardigheden.
- Je bent een vlotte communicator, zowel in het Nederlands als het Engels (Frans is een pluspunt).
- Je hebt een diploma hoger onderwijs op zak (Bachelor of Master) en minstens 3 jaar ervaring als business consultant in een data analytics omgeving.
