- Jij houdt van:data, klantencontact, exceptionele collega’s en impact.
- **bedrijven begeleiden, adviseren en omvormen** tot klantgerichte, duurzame en wendbare organisaties, van analyse tot implementatie.
-werken aan projecten op het gebied van business intelligence, data-visualisatie, predictive en prescriptive analytics, machine learning, procesautomatisering of data-strategie, afhankelijk van je expertise.
- **de noden en uitdagingen van klanten opsporen** d.m.v. gegevensanalyse, interviews met stakeholders, het organiseren van workshops, enz.
-complexe problematieken ontwarren en **data-gedreven oplossingen uittekenen en implementeren**, met een heel nauwe link met de business
-actiegerichte dashboards bouwen, nuttige gegevens omzetten in inzichten en vertalen in intelligente acties, geavanceerde analytische modellen bouwen, nuttige gegevensindicatoren definiëren en visualiseren...

Onze ideale Data Analytics Consultant:
heeft een **masterdiploma** Economie, Business Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Physics...
-heeft reeds wat ervaring met technieken zoals **predictive analytics, optimalisatie, forecasting of machine learning in R of Python**. Ervaring met Power BI is mooi meegenomen.
-spreekt **vloeiend Nederlands en/of Frans**.
-beschikt over sterke intrinsieke **probleemoplossende **en** analytische **vaardigheden.
-is **flexibel**, nieuwsgierig en houdt van afwisseling en initiatief nemen.
