Onbepaalde duur, Voltijds- Als data & Analytics architect ben je deel van het Alida team dat data producten levert aan de Helan groep (zowel het ziekenfonds als de Personal services afdelingen). We bouwen volop aan een centraal data platform in een MS SQL omgeving en plannen onze advanced analytics naar de cloud te brengen. We zoeken een senior data architect om onze data engineers/analisten te ondersteunen en een data-centered oplossing uit te bouwen om zo de data driven strategie van Helan verder te implementeren.**Hier zet jij graag je tanden in**:

- Je bent expert in data & analytics architectuur en je weet hoe ze te implementeren.
- Je definieert de strategie van hoe data zal gecollecteerd, georganiseerd, geïntegreerd en behandeld worden voor advanced analytics, business intelligence en operational reporting, in overleg met enterprise architectuur, onze technical lead en architecten bij de zustermaatschappijen en in lijn met geldende data privacy/security richtlijnen.
- Je ontwikkelt een referentie architectuur en herbruikbare data design patronen volgens de best practises voor data management. Je bent actief betrokken bij het definiëren en opzetten van een hybride cloud architectuur. Hierbij definieer je de TO BE situatie, maak je de gap op met de AS IS en stippel je de roadmap uit van AS IS naar TO BE
- Je werkt nauw samen met de business stakeholders om hun behoeften te begrijpen en waar nodig te laten completeren. Je vertaalt die behoeften in een haalbare data oplossing die waarde brengt.
- Je definieert high level solution designs en data models zodat schattingen en verdere prioriteringen samen met het team kunnen worden opgesteld.
- Je bent een mentor voor het team wat betreft behoeften analyse, data analyse, data modelering, data solution design en implementatie. Je waakt erover dat de goede architecturale principes toegepast worden in dagelijkse activiteiten.
- Je bent betrokken en je ondersteunt de business applicatie architecten bij het ontwikkelen (of aankopen) van nieuwe transactionele systemen zodat reeds van bij het ontwerp rekening gehouden wordt met data behoeften.
- Je houdt een oog op technologische evoluties in je domein en introduceert deze evoluties in de oplossingen en in het team.

**Dit ben jij helemaal**:

- De ideale kandidaat heeft een master in (exacte) wetenschappen, in IT of vergelijkbaar door ervaring.
- Je werkt al minstens 5 jaar in het data domein en hebt hands-on ervaring zowel functioneel (ETL, Data Warehouse, Data lake, Data visualisatie, data analytics, data quality & governance) als technisch (deployment, security,).
- Je hebt een uitgebreide ervaring met dimensioneel modeleren volgens Kimball en kennis van Datavault
- Je hebt gewerkt in een omgeving met MS SQL, SSIS, SSAS, Python, Power BI, Tableau. Kennis van cloud analytics in AWS of Azure is een plus.
- Je bent flexibel, werkt proactief en aardt goed in een veranderende omgeving.
- Communicatie is je troef. Je bouwt vlot relaties op met collega’s op verschillende niveaus en hebt een “can do”-mentaliteit. Je bent een facilitator en influencer.
- Je kan complexe technische oplossingen in eenvoudige taal uitleggen aan business management zodat ze de verschillende opties kunnen afwegen en de juiste beslissing kunnen nemen
- Je kan theoretische concepten omzetten in pragmatische werkende oplossingen
- Je bent vloeiend in Nederlands en Engels en een mondje Frans is een aangename plus.
- 2 dagen per week ga je naar Gent of Brugge (afhankelijk van je woonplaats), de andere dagen kan je thuis werken.
