Elia wil zijn offshore hoogspanningsnet uitbreiden om zo bij te dragen tot de energietransitie naar een koolstofvrije toekomst in Europa en België. Elia werkt aan verschillende projecten, zoals het Modular Offshore Grid 2 en het Prinses Elisabeth Eiland, de interconnectoren Nautilus (naar het Verenigd Koninkrijk) en Triton Link (naar Denemarken). Deze projecten hebben verschillende kabelscopes:
6 x 220 kV AC-exportkabelsystemen van ~50 km elk, tussen de Belgische kust en het Prinses Elisabeth Eiland
Een HVDC-kabelsysteem van ~50 km tussen de Belgische kust en het Prinses Elisabeth Eiland
Een HVDC-kabelsysteem van meer dan 100 km voor Nautilus
Een HVDC-kabelsysteem van meer dan 700 km voor Triton Link
Binnen het projectteam
ben je een Safety Leader die voortdurend op zoek is naar verbeteringen op het gebied van veiligheid;
zorg je voor de tijdige oplevering van werkpakketten en de hoge kwaliteit van de oplevering;
ga je op zoek naar optimalisatie opportuniteiten om extra waarde toe te voegen aan het project;
breng je proactief en regelmatig verslag uit over de status en vooruitgang van je activiteiten;
kun je zelfstandig specifieke werkpakketten beheren en implementeren en waar nodig contact opnemen met de desbetreffende contractoren, leveranciers en interne experts.
Als Project Leader Offshore Cable
maak je deel uit van het Cable Team en rapporteer je aan de Cable Package Manager;
sta je in voor de coördinatie van en de leiding over project ingenieurs en experten;
werk je in een multidisciplinair team en coördineer je en werk je samen met onder andere Package Managers, Project Managers, experten, Procurement Officers, HSE Advisors, PMO Officers enz.;
ben je verantwoordelijk voor de oplevering van delen van de scope van de offshore kabelprojecten, bijvoorbeeld voor de volgende activiteiten:
ontwikkelen van sleutelconcepten in kabelontwerp, -installatie en -reparatie;
ontwikkelen van het aanbestedingspakket met een focus op de technische vereisten van het project;
beoordelen en evalueren van offertes en technische ondersteuning tijdens onderhandelingen;
opvolgen van de ontwerp
- en productieactiviteiten van contractoren;
optreden als eerste aanspreekpunt tijdens de uitvoering van het project en als vertegenwoordiger van het bedrijf ter plaatse;
controleren en verzekeren van de kwaliteit en veiligheid van de activiteiten ter plaatse;
toezien op de naleving van de geldende contractuele vereisten.
kun je interfaces beheren en verschillende inputs van andere disciplines coördineren;
zorg je voor een adequate opvolging van externe partijen.
Jouw profiel
Je hebt een masterdiploma ingenieurswetenschappen
Je hebt minstens 5 jaar werkervaring in de offshore infrastructuursector, bij voorkeur met grote infrastructuurprojecten (budget van +50 miljoen €).
Je hebt relevante ervaring met de installatie van onderzeese kabels, baggeren en/of andere kabelinstallatietechnieken, gereedschappen en schepen.
Je hebt uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden.
Je bent een teamspeler.
Je hebt organisatietalent en bent resultaatgericht.
Je kunt onder druk werken.
Je bent proactief en een probleemoplosser.
Je kunt prioriteiten stellen en daarnaar handelen.
Je kunt werken in een internationale projectomgeving.
Je houdt van technische uitdagingen en leert snel bij.
Het ondernemerschap zit in je bloed en je laat je niet afschrikken door uitdagingen.
Je hebt een uitstekende kennis van MS Office.
Vloeiend Engels, Nederlands en Frans spreken is een troef.
Locatie
Het hoofdkantoor bevindt zich op de Léon Monnoyerkaai 3, 1000 Brussel, met sitebezoeken langs de Belgische kust vóór en tijdens de uitvoering van het project.
Occasionele internationale reizen naar contractoren, leveranciers enz.
