**Développer le réseau belge offshore**: le projet de l’Île Princesse Elisabeth

Pour contribuer aux ambitions de l’Europe et de la Belgique en matière de transition énergétique, Elia a prévu d'étendre son réseau à haute tension offshore grâce au projet de l’Île Princesse Elisabeth.

Le réseau devrait raccorder les nouveaux parcs éoliens belges situés dans la zone « Princesse Elisabeth ».

**Le projet de l'île Princesse Elisabeth en quelques mots**:
Une île énergétique artificielle (avec des infrastructures de transport offshore)

Plusieurs postes AC 66 kV et 220 kV

6 systèmes de câble d’exportation AC 220 kV d’environ 50 km chacun

Une connexion HVDC (1 convertisseur offshore, 1 convertisseur onshore, 1 système de câble HVDC) entre l’île artificielle et le nouveau poste onshore du projet Ventilus

Possibilité de raccorder de futurs interconnecteurs HVDC

**Informations générales de la mission**:
Le projet est dans la phase de conception et de design. Énormément de documentation doit être créée, vérifiée et approuvée pour la future phase d'appel d'offres relative à l'infrastructure HVDC.

**Attentes**:
**Au sein de l'équipe de l’Île Princesse Elisabeth**:
Vous êtes un Safety Leader, constamment à la recherche d'améliorations au niveau de la sécurité.

Vous vous portez garant(e) du respect du planning, de la qualité ainsi que de la sécurité des tâches qui vous sont assignées.

Vous cherchez des possibilités en termes de design qui bénéficient davantage au projet.

Vous faites rapport de manière proactive et régulière quant au statut et à la progression des activités dont vous êtes responsable.

Vous savez gérer et implémenter de manière indépendante des lots de travaux spécifiques ainsi que collaborer avec des contractants, fournisseurs et experts internes lorsque cela s’avère nécessaire.

**En tant que Project Leader HVDC Offshore Integrator**:
Vous prendrez le lead lors de la phase de design en vérifiant l’intégration du système HVDC au module/topside offshore, en révisant les documents techniques des contractants, en participant à des workshops liés entre autres à l'accessibilité, à la maintenance, à la constructibilité, à la gestion du matériel, etc.

Vous faites partie de l’équipe DC Offshore Package et faites rapport au DC Offshore Package Manager.

Vous travaillez dans une équipe multidisciplinaire, avec entre autres des Project Engineers, des experts, des Procurement Officers, des conseillers SSE, un PMO Officer, etc.

Votre profil

**Compétences techniques et comportementales**:
Vous disposez d’un master en ingénierie.

Vous avez au moins 8 années d’expérience professionnelle pertinente en HVDC (design et/ou maintenance).

Vous avez une expérience pratique en gestion de travaux de maintenance et autres dans les installations HT (par ex. travaux d’extension ou de remplacement), y compris les aspects liés à la sécurité.

Vous disposez d’une connaissance théorique et pratique en équipements AC et DC haute tension, leur utilité et leurs interfaces communs.

Une expérience dans un environnement offshore est un plus.

Vous avez d’excellentes compétences en communication et pour le travail d'équipe.

Vous êtes organisé(e) et orienté(e) résultats.

Vous faites preuve d’assertivité.

Vous êtes capable de travailler sous pression.

Vous apprenez rapidement.

Vous êtes motivé(e) par un esprit innovant d’entreprise et êtes prêt(e) à relever des défis.

Vous êtes proactif(-ve) et résolvez les problèmes.

Vous savez définir des priorités et agir en conséquence.

Vous êtes capable de travailler dans un environnement de projet international.

**Langues**:
Vous maîtrisez l'anglais (à l’oral et à l’écrit), le néerlandais et/ou le français sont un atout.
Lieu de travail

Le lieu d’affectation principal est le quai Léon Monnoyer 3 à 1000 Bruxelles, avec des visites de chantier à la côte belge avant et pendant l’exécution du projet.

Voyages occasionnels à l'étranger chez les contractants, les fournisseurs, etc.
