**Wie ben jij?**:

- Je hebt minstens 2-3 jaar ervaring in algemene administratie, boekhoudkundige taken en klantondersteuning (zowel B2B als B2C).
- Ervaring in logistieke taken is een pluspunt.
- Je beheerst de talen Nederlands, Engels en Frans vloeiend, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Je bekijkt je taken vanuit een commercieel perspectief.
- Als ideale kandidaat heb je een praktische en hands-on mentaliteit.
- Je communiceert helder en correct, zowel intern als extern.
- Je bent gestructureerd en pragmatisch in je aanpak.
- Je hebt uitgebreide ervaring met MS Office, met name Excel en Word.
- Zelfstandig werken is voor jou geen probleem; je neemt vol zelfvertrouwen verantwoordelijkheid op.

**Wat ga je doen?**:
Centrale administratie
- Je neemt de verantwoordelijkheid voor de basisboekhouding in samenwerking met hun externe accountant. Hierbij horen taken zoals het boeken van inkomende facturen, het afstemmen van banktransacties, het opvolgen van openstaande facturen (aged payables), en het voorbereiden van de maandelijkse BTW-aangifte voor de boekhouder.

Intercompany transacties
- Beheer van kantoorbenodigdheden en het coördineren van inkomende en uitgaande communicatie.

Groothandelsadministratie
- Je onderhoudt contact met hun groothandelsklanten, waarbij je taken zoals orderverwerking, facturatie, leveringen en after-sales support op je neemt. Een nauwe samenwerking met onze vertegenwoordiger en salesmedewerkers is hierbij van groot belang.

Financiële opvolging
- Je houdt een oogje op de ouderdom van openstaande betalingen bij de groothandelsklanten.

Travel retail
- Je controleert en certificeert facturen, en zorgt voor een nauwkeurige opvolging van de voorraad.

Winkelactiviteiten
- In samenwerking met de verkoopadviseurs in de winkel, help je bij het ontvangen en verzenden van bestellingen (zowel B2C als B2B), en ben je betrokken bij de maandelijkse inventarisatie van winkelmaterialen.
