Type overeenkomst : langetermijnsamenwerking via wekelijkse contracten van 8u./week via dagcontracten.

Bij Nespresso staat klantservice voorop en we zoeken een dynamische medewerker die samen met ons het verschil maakt.

**Proactieve Klantbenadering**: Jij gaat actief op zoek naar kansen om klanten te informeren over onze producten, van koffiecapsules tot aan onze innovatieve koffiemachines en stijlvolle accessoires. Je deelt met plezier informatie over prijzen, nieuwe producten en aantrekkelijke promoties.

**Productverkoop Stimuleren**: Door middel van inspirerende proeverijen en technische demonstraties weet jij de behoeften van onze klanten te achterhalen en bied je het perfecte advies.

**Administratief Talent**: Nieuwe klanten verwelkomen en bestaande klantgegevens updaten; jij zorgt ervoor dat ons systeem altijd up-to-date is en dat iedereen de beste service krijgt.

**Probleemoplossend Vermogen**: Heeft een klant problemen met zijn machine? Jij voert een eerste analyse uit en zorgt ervoor dat de kwestie snel en efficiënt naar de after-sales service wordt doorgestuurd.

**Winkelpresentatie**:Een oog voor detail? Jij zorgt ervoor dat onze winkel altijd straalt Schoonheid, netheid en een aantrekkelijke presentatie van onze producten zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.

**Teamspeler**: Je ondersteunt je collega's bij het beheer van de inventaris en cashmanagement. Samen met het team zorg je ervoor dat alles op rolletjes verloopt.

Kwalificaties & Aanbieding:
Profiel:

- Uiteraard ben je een koffieliefhebber. Je bent een doorzetter en trots op het merk dat je vertegenwoordigt.
- Je hebt bij voorkeur al een eerste relevante commerciële ervaring als verkoper/-ster.
- Enthousiast van aard, jij houdt van uitdagingen. Jij bent een goede, resultaatgerichte onderhandelaar.
- Fysiek werk schrikt je niet af : heen en terug in de stock, behandeling van machines en capsuledozen.
- Je bent flexibel en vrij in het weekend.
