Om ons departement Technology & Infrastructure te versterken, zijn we op zoek naar een Application Manager.

Als Application Manager ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beheren, ontwikkelen en optimaliseren van de applicaties die cruciaal zijn voor het dagelijkse beheer en de lange termijnstrategie van onze luchthaveninfrastructuur. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de tools afgestemd op de behoeften binnen Asset Management. Je zorgt voor effectief change & stakeholder management zodat jouw AM-collega's hun werk efficiënt en effectief kunnen doen.

**Wat je bij ons zal realiseren**:

- Je ontwikkelt een productvisie voor de AM-applicaties, afgestemd op de strategische doelstellingen.
- Je zorgt voor het dagelijks functioneel beheer van applicaties, inclusief opvolging SLA’s.
- Je vertaalt businessnoden naar functionele requirements, definieert acceptatiecriteria en leidt acceptatietesten
- Je plant en coordineert change requests en nieuwe releases in nauwe samenwerking met ICT.
- Je modelleert en documenteert processen en linkt deze met de te gebruiken applicaties.
- Je voert process audits uit als interne auditor.
- Je begeleidt de business bij de implementatie van veranderingen binnen de AM-applicaties en processen, inclusief het verzorgen van training en opleiding.
- Je beheert de documentatie en faciliteert de kennisoverdracht binnen de organisatie.

**Wat jou onderscheidt**:

- In je rugzak: een uitgebreide kennis van ICT, applicaties en/of business management, bij voorkeur aangevuld met een masterdiploma in business management
- Je hebt zeker een streepje voor als je deze kennis kan aanvullen met kennis van document managementsystemen en tools zoals CAD, GIS en BIM, Sparx
- Je beschikt over sterke projectmanagement vaardigheden met een focus op procesverbetering.
- Je beheerst het Nederlands of het Frans. Je hebt een goede kennis van de tweede landstaal en je spreekt vloeiend Engels.
