Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Als Application Manager binnen het Reizigersinfoteam ben je operationeel verantwoordelijk voor een product en/of businessapplicatie (reizigersinfosysteem) gedurende zijn hele levenscyclus. Je zorgt dat het product mee evolueert met de veranderende functionele of technische behoeften van de gebruikers. Je staat in voor het beheer, het onderhoud en de vernieuwing. Je voert hierbij best practices, technieken en procedures in die essentieel zijn om de optimale werking van de applicatie te garanderen.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je kent je product en/of businessapplicatie door en door.
- Je schrijft gebruikershandleidingen, voorziet de nodige documentatie over je systemen en organiseert infosessies.
- Je staat in voor de probleemopvolging van de systemen die jij beheert.
- Je ondersteunt de Product Manager en Project Managers bij hun analyses en bij de ontwikkeling van nieuwe functionaliteiten.
- Je zorgt samen met de test coördinator voor testscenario’s, een testplanning en performantietesten voor je applicatie(s) en bent de eindverantwoordelijke voor de acceptatie van wijzigingen hierop.
- Samen met de andere Application Analisten voorzie je monitoring op de applicaties en rapporteer je over gebruiks
- en andere relevante statistieken.
- Doorheen de hele cyclus van je applicatie werk je nauw samen met leveranciers en gebruikers.
- Als Application Manager rapporteer je aan de Senior Manager Passenger Information en werk je collegiaal met de NMBS-diensten die betrokken zijn bij de planning en de informatie aan de reizigers, de infrastructuurbeheerder en andere stakeholders (bv. externe vervoersmaatschappijen).- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je beschikt over een bachelor
- of masterdiploma.- Je beschikt over minimum 3 jaar relevante ervaring als applicatiebeheerder of een gelijkaardige functie.
- Je kan zaken op een begrijpelijke manier uitleggen aan anderen en hebt ervaring met documenteren en rapporteren.
- Je hebt een algemene kennis van IT-systemen, netwerken en softwareontwikkeling.
- Je hebt een basiskennis databases.
- Je werkt zorgvuldig en nauwkeurig.
- Je bent creatief en oplossingsgericht: je formuleert voorstellen voor het vernieuwen en uitbreiden van applicaties en helpt ze te implementeren.
- Je bent betrouwbaar en gaat flexibel om met onverwachte zaken, verandering en stressvolle situaties.
- Je bent positief ingesteld, en werkt efficiënt en doelgericht.
- Je kan je vlot uitdrukken in het Nederlands, Frans en Engels.
