**Position**:
Order to cash

Calculates customer re-charges in accordance with agreements

Prepares / reviews revenue analyses and reporting

Procure to pay

Authorises changes to details in supplier master files

Approves new vendors based on completion of a standard template

Reviews payment runs prior to execution

Payroll and expenses

Reviews gross-to-net reports for unusual variances

Cash and treasury

Maintains new bank accounts and approved changes to mandates

Prepares short-term (4 week) cash forecasts

Revalues open derivative instruments

Close the books

Authorises new SAP account codes and calculates accruals based on reviews of maintenance schedules

Reviews month-end reporting checklists for completion and accuracy

Prepares management reporting packs with commentary and Ad hoc reporting requests from group controller

Supervision

Supervises the work of assigned employees, managing their ongoing performance and development

General

Manages ad hoc tasks as assigned

**Requirements**:
Qualified accountant ACA/ACCA or equivalent Experience with financial packages such as: SAP S4/HANA; Readsoft / Basware; Airpas; Micropay (IE only); Qliksense; Concur; BNP Connexis - desireable 2+ years post qualification as finance manager Fluent in English as well as local language
