Hoe maak jij mee het verschil?- Als Product Owner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de evolutie van de reizigersinformatie in onze stations, zowel digitaal als op papier, zowel visueel als via audio. Via deze kanalen staan we dagelijks in contact met al onze reizigers. Jij zorgt er elke dag voor dat al die mensen correct en op tijd geïnformeerd zijn.- Wat is jouw rol bij NMBS ?- Je bent Product Owner van de reizigersinformatie binnen een station.
- Je bent de SPOC voor alle vragen voor dit domein.
- Je zorgt er mee voor dat de zaken die binnen je domein gebeuren in lijn zijn met onze communicatie
- en reizigersinformatiestrategie.
- Je stemt af met andere product/domain owners (bijvoorbeeld voor online) en de product manager om het werk binnen je domein vorm te geven.
- Je zit regelmatig samen met je belangrijkste stakeholders, in dit geval voornamelijk Infrabel, de verantwoordelijken van de operationele teams op het terrein en andere operatoren (bv Eurostar) die gebruik maken van NMBS-diensten in de stations.
- Je definieert de strategie voor jouw domein. Je houdt daarbij rekening met de roadmap voor reizigersinformatie.
- Je staat in voor de kwaliteitscontrole van projectopleveringen.
- Je houdt je leidinggevende, de Senior Manager Passenger Information, op de hoogte van de vooruitgang.
- Waarom is deze job iets voor jou ?- Je behaalde een masterdiploma (bij voorkeur als industrieel ingenieur of burgerlijk ingenieur) of je bent gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je weet hoe je kwalitatieve user stories moet schrijven.
- Je communiceert vlot in het Nederlands en kan je ook uitdrukken in het Frans en Engels.
- Je hebt interesse in treinen en de (reizigersinformatie)systemen die daar op draaien.
- Je krijgt energie van het opvolgen van de laatste evoluties binnen jouw domein.
- De interne klant en je team staan voor jou altijd centraal.
- Het is een pluspunt als je- Een eerste ervaring als product owner of project manager hebt.
- Ervaring hebt met reizigersinformatie(systemen).
