Intrum geeft medewerkers de kans om te groeien en is momenteel op zoek naar een Segment Expert.

Jouw kerntaken:
Als Segment Expert sta je in voor het kwalitatief onderhouden van de aan jou toegewezen portefeuille en beslist zelfstandig over de prioriteiten en te ondernemen acties op dossierniveau.

Je bepaalt op dossierniveau - rekening houdende met de interne of externe SLA - de juiste invorderingsstrategie en waakt mee over de uitvoering hiervan.

Je bent in contact met zowel de klanten, de vertegenwoordigers van de klanten als de opdrachtgevers en gebruikt hierbij het meest optimale communicatiekanaal met als doel een beslissing te nemen over de te ondernemen stappen.

Waar nodig informeer of adviseer je de opdrachtgever over het verloop van het dossier.

Daarnaast fungeer je als aanspreekpunt in geval van klachten en onderneem je de nodige acties om verdere escalaties te vermijden.

Tot slot, ben je verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op dossierniveau en concrete feedback en aanbevelingen te formuleren richting de teamleaders en business owners.

In deze rol zal je onder meer volgende taken vervullen:

- Je selecteert zelfstandig de verschillende groepen dossiers binnen jouw portefeuille waarop je zal werken a.d.h.v. vooraf bepaalde prioriteiten en resultaten
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het uitvoeren van kwaliteitscontroles op dossierniveau en je bent in staat structurele fouten in het proces te detecteren en corrigerende acties voor te stellen en uit te voeren
- je geeft aanbevelingen en feedback aan teamleaders, Portfolio Analysts of Accountmanagers en waar nodig help je bij training/coaching van de dossierbeheerders
- je werkt actief samen met de Portfolio Analyst en Data Analyst bij het detecteren van procesverbetering en neemt de lead bij de implementatie van procesoptimalisaties
- je fungeert als escalatiepunt in geval van klachten of vragen over het invorderingsproces en je onderneemt de juiste actie om complexere zaken onmiddellijk op te lossen
- je ondersteunt de Implementation Manager en Porfolio Analyst bij de intergratie van nieuwe portefeuilles en definieert de invorderingsstrategie
- je handelt conform het Customer Charter

Jouw profiel:

- Een bachelor diploma of gelijkwaardige werkervaring en een sterk logisch redeneervermogen
- Een zeer goede kennis van de Nederlandse taal en goede kennis van de Franse en Engelse taal zijn een vereiste (zowel gesproken als geschreven)
- Minimum 5 jaar relevante werkervaring binnen het opvolgen portefeuilles waarbij je zelfstandig de vervolgstappen diende te bepalen
- Goede kennis van incassoprocessen en incassowetgeving is een plus
- Je beschikt over een helicopter view waarbij je in staat bent de nodige linken te leggen en inzichten te verwerven
- Een empathische ingesteldheid die leidt tot het analyseren van de situatie van de klant en het gericht aanbieden van een passende oplossing
- Zeer sterke communicatieve vaardigheden zowel gesproken als geschreven
- Een uitstekende kennis van Excel en Word
- Je hebt ervaring in autonoom beslissingen nemen binnen een dossier en je weet de juiste prioriteiten stellen
- Je hebt een grote klantgerichte ingesteldheid
- Je bent resultaatgericht
- Je hebt een assertieve persoonlijkheid met de juiste dosis empathie
- Als teamplayer zorg je voor een efficiënte en positieve samenwerking met het team
- Je werkt richting oplossingen en laat je niet snel uit het lood slaan
