Dan ben jij misschien onze nieuwe Perfomance Marketing Manager.
**_Wat ga je bij ons doen?_**
- Je gaat mee de ecommerce groei analyseren, aansturen en optimaliseren
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor alle paid digitale performance marketing (SEA, Programmatic social & display) en stuurt hiervoor ons agentschap rechtstreeks aan
- Je werkt nauw samen met onze global Miele performance marketing experts om de globale performance marketing en ecommerce strategie lokaal door te voeren op een pragmatische manier
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opzetten en opvolgen van alle digitale marketing KPI, je bouwt zelf de nodige dashboards hiervoor (bv BW, Lookerstudio).
- Je ondersteunt ons Brand marketing team in digitale media/ KPI en evangeliseert data gedreven marketing binnen de organisatie
- Je analyseert ecommerce data niet enkel in Google Analytics, maar je meet ook door in SAP en gaat steeds op zoek naar nieuwe inzichten om de ecommerce groei verder te stimuleren.
- Je neemt zelf initiatieven om nieuwe dingen uit te proberen, te testen en bij te sturen
- Je rapporteert aan de Head of eCommerce en Digital Performance Marketing, samen je collega CRM Manger en Webmaster/ SAP owner.
- Je deelt je kennis en ervaring met jouw collega’s

**_De Performance Marketing manager die we zoeken _**
- Minimaal 5 jaar hands-on ervaring in performance marketing en data analyse, ideaal met een focus op ecommerce
- Diepe kennis van SEA, Programmatic en Google Analytics - goede kennis van ecommerce data analyses bv in SAP
- Kennis van product feed management & bijhorende tools, pixels, tags, enz. & bijbehorende audience building
- Is ondernemend ingesteld, heeft een can-do mentaliteit en houdt ervan om dingen zelf vast te pakken.
- Probleemoplossende houding, pragmatisch en resultaat gericht.
- Houdt van uitdagingen en constant bijleren
