In deze administratief coördinerende functie ben je verantwoordelijk voor het selecteren, samenstellen, beheren en opvolgen van kandidaturen in Brussel en Wallonië. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan CEO en partners. Je werkt parallel met de tender officer Vlaanderen.

**Dit verwachten we van jou**
- Via verschillende kanalen ga je actief op zoek naar nieuwe opdrachten die passen binnen het DNA van B2Ai.
- Je analyseert en selecteert vervolgens de juiste opportuniteiten in overleg met CEO en partners.
- Bij deelname stel je het team samen met hulp van onze partners.
- Je activeert gekozen teamleden zowel binnen als buiten de organisatie.
- Je coördineert dat input op tijd komt en stuurt op kwaliteit.
- Intern selecteer je de passende referenties uit onze portfolio die het dossier ondersteunen.
- Je verzamelt teksten, UEA formulieren, attesten van goede uitvoering, fiscale attesten,.
- Je combineert alles tot een nauwkeurige en hoogwaardige kandidaatstelling die aan de gevraagde criteria voldoet met behulp van Adobe InDesign.
- Je bewaakt de vooropgestelde deadline voor het indienen van het dossier.
- Je volgt het dossier op tot het gegund is.
- Je rapporteert over de gewonnen / verloren tenders en je deelt je inzichten hierover.

**Dit heb je te bieden**
- Je bouwt reeds op een eerste ervaring binnen een ontwerp
- / bouwkundige omgeving.
- Je haalt plezier uit het vervullen van administratieve taken, plannen, organiseren en structureren.
- Je kan flexibel omgaan met je taken en weet de juiste prioriteiten te stellen.
- Je hebt sterke analytische vaardigheden waardoor je goed om kan met complexe vraagstukken.
- Je bent kritisch, neemt graag initiatief en werkt zelfstandig.
- Je neemt verantwoordelijkheid, werkt nauwkeurigheid en respecteert deadlines.
- Je beschikt over een goede kennis MS Office en Adobe InDesign. Of je hebt zin om dit te leren.
- Je bent (perfect) tweetalig Nederlands - Frans. Als we dan toch één eis mogen stellen, is dit een must.
- Je bent stressbestendig en een goede multitasker.
- Je bent proactief en denkt in termen van oplossingen.
- Je bent bovenal gemotiveerd en gedreven.
