Om de continuïteit van onze projecten te verzekeren zoeken wij een TENDER OFFICER - INFRASTRUCTUUR afdeling (m/v)
Bij oinze klant vind je op de meest uiteenlopende en uitdagende werven over heel België.
Denk maar aan openbare klanten zoals NMBS, Agentschap wegen en verkeer, De Vlaamse Waterweg, Infrabel en verschillende zeer bekende spelers in de wereld van elektrische voertuigen en laadinfrastructuur.
Ook onze multitechnische projecten in Infrastructuur zoals wegen, weg
- en spoortunnels, stationsomgevingen, smart-cities, luchthavens, bruggen en sluizen horen in dat rijtje.
Om ons team te versterken, wensen we een Tender Officer aan te werven binnen onze Divisie Infrastructure.
Als Tender Officer speel je een cruciale rol samen met de andere leden van het project team voor de toekomstige successen van de Infrastructure afdeling in het kader van onze meest multi-technische en omvangrijkste offertes.
Je volgt aanbestedingen kort op en bereidt nauwkeurig de offertes voor met respect voor de specificaties van de klanten.
Waar zal jij in uitblinken?
Opstellen en opvolgen van technische en administratieve dossiers voor aanbestedingen en prekwalificaties vanuit administratief oogpunt met focus op compliance
Voorbereiden van de dossiers in overeenstemming met het verzoek van de klant en binnen de gegeven termijn
Voorbereiden en opmaken van documenten en commerciële presentaties, in samenwerking met de Tender Manager
Verbeteren van de kwaliteit van onze aanbestedingsdossiers.
Als Tender Officer weet je heel goed wat jouw werk organiseren is en dat met de nodige autonomie en communicatievaardigheden.
Dat is jouw geheim om samen straffe resultaten te halen en onze klanten te imponeren.
Je hebt een bachelorsdiploma (in een administratieve, technische of commerciële oriëntatie) of een gelijkwaardige ervaring
Je hebt een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
Je bent Nederlandstalig met een zeer goede kennis van het Frans en/of het Engels
Je hebt ervaring met overheidsopdrachten
Je bent vertrouwd met het MS Office pakket en de Microsoft 365 omgeving
Je bent proactief en kan de juiste prioriteiten stellen
Je werkt nauwkeurig en op een gestructureerde manier
Je bent flexibel en kan met deadlines omgaan
Je bent communicatief en klantgericht
