Wacht niet langer en vervoeg de meer dan 200 hooggekwalificeerde IT-professionals bij de Nationale Bank van België (NBB). Samen met hen speel je een onmisbare rol bij het uitvoeren van onze taken. Je draagt ook bij aan het ontwikkelen van complexe en innovatieve informaticadiensten ten behoeve van de samenleving.
Daarom investeert ons informaticadepartement voortdurend in moderne technologie en apparatuur, zodat we de digitale transformatie en de nieuwste trends op dit vlak kunnen bijhouden.
Als moderne centrale bank, lid van het Eurosysteem, werkt de NBB voor het algemeen belang. Haar opdracht is te zorgen voor een stabiel financieel systeem, betrouwbare financiële instellingen en efficiënte betalingssystemen, evenals economische en financiële gegevens verstrekken en analyseren.
**Functie**:
We zoeken een IT Service Management Analyst voor de afdeling Service Management van de dienst IT-Klantendiensten.
Deze afdeling staat in voor:
- het beheer van de verschillende processen van Service Management, met onder andere Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Asset, Service Level Management
- Quality Assurance & Testing
- Identities & Authorizations management
- Endpoint software demand management.
Als IT Service Management Analyst zal je:
- de verschillende processen verbonden aan IT service Management ontwikkelen en implementeren, zorgen voor de follow-up en kwaliteitscontrole en een continue verbetering nastreven; je focus zal in het bijzonder liggen op de Service Level Management processen, ter ondersteuning van onze Cloud Strategy
- de best practices in ITIL-processen, policies en standaarden opstellen en up-to-date houden, met als doel een goede service en kwaliteit voor onze gebruikers en onze klanten verzekeren
- actief meewerken aan de evolutie van de tools van IT Service Management die gebruikt worden om de bovengenoemde processen te ondersteunen
- met de nodige kennis van projectbeheer en de procedures voor openbare aanbestedingen, projecten of aanbestedingen in verband met de activiteiten van de afdeling beheren
- contacten leggen en onderhouden met collega’s van de andere Europese centrale banken (ESCB) om ervoor te zorgen dat de initiatieven binnen de gemeenschappelijke domeinen consistent en gealigneerd zijn
- samen met je verantwoordelijke het beleid van jullie afdeling vormgeven (budget, personeelsbeheer, openbare aanbestedingen ).
**Profiel**:
- je hebt een masterdiploma in informatica
- je behaalde ITIL certificaten (ITL V3 Foundation is de absoluut minimum)
- je bent zeer klantgericht en luisterbereid
- je kan zeer goed synthetiseren en in begrijpelijke taal verwoorden
- je kan snel prioriteiten stellen en beslissingen nemen
- je hecht veel waarde aan samenwerking en respect
- je hebt een degelijke algemene kennis van IT (technologieën, infrastructuur, projecten, toepassingen, diensten)
- je bent operationeel tweetalig (NL/FR) en hebt een praktische kennis van het Engels (niveau B1).
