Officenter is een full-service businesscenter met vestigingen in Aalst, Hasselt, Turnhout, Antwerpen, Geel,
Leuven, Maastricht, Vilvoorde, Zaventem, Pelt, Sint-Truiden, Beringen en Genk.
Officenter stelt vaste kantoren ter beschikking alsook flexkantoren,
coworkingspace, virtuele kantoren en vergaderzalen.

**Jouw verantwoordelijkheden**:

- Versterking en vervanging van onze collega’s

in Aalst, Aartselaar, Vilvoorde, Zaventem, Geel, Hasselt, Leuven, Maastricht, Turnhout, Genk, Pelt, Beringen en Sint-Truiden.
- Perfecte gastvrouw/heer voor al de bedrijven die bij ons gehuisvest zijn en hun bezoekers.
- Telefonisch onthaal.
- Algemene administratie: postbehandeling, bestellingen plaatsen, mailings, klassement,...
- Aanspreekpunt voor leveranciers.
- Vergaderzalen beheren.
- Meehelpen in de bistro tijdens de middagshift.

- Flexibele en positieve instelling en uiterst klantgericht.
- Je bent een uiterst klantvriendelijke en enthousiaste kandidaat die werkt volgens het principe 'klant is koning'.
- Je staat te popelen om klanten verder te helpen en bent flexibel ingesteld.
- Je communiceert vlot in het

Nederlands,
Frans en
Engels.
- Je houdt van een gevarieerd takenpakket en bent een echte

multitasker
- Adhoc opdrachten schrikken je niet af en je blijft ten alle tijden kalm en professioneel.
- Tijdens de lunchpauze

help je mee in onze inhouse Bistro’s.
- Je neemt liever vakantie

buiten de schoolvakanties.
- Je bent in het bezit van een rijbewijs (B).
