**What are your tasks as a Membership Officer?**
- Send yearly invoices and follow up on payments.
- Handle member requests and maintain accurate records.
- Support membership acquisition and retention strategies.
- Collaborate with the Head of Membership and Regional Offices.
- Ensure data integrity and assist with data input.
- Generate and update regular membership reports.
- Contribute to market research and membership analysis.
- Identify and implement process improvements.
- Automate repetitive tasks and enhance workflows.
- Collaborate on market research projects.
**Profiel**
**What is the ideal profile of a Membership Officer?**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in membership or data management.
- Strong analytical skills (preferably with PowerBI, MS Excel, or similar tools).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in French and English (additional languages are a plus).
- Familiarity with CRM systems and database management.
- Ability to work independently and in a multicultural team.
- Highly organized with attention to detail.
