- Hoe kan jouw dag eruit zien?Je maakt de keuze om twee à drie dagen per week op kantoor te werken, afhankelijk hoe dit voor jou het best uitkomt. Op de dagen dat je samen op kantoor bent, start je je dag samen met het team in de coffee corner.
Daarna duik je vol motivatie in de cijfers, waar je de link legt tussen de finance cijfers en de business logica. Alle facetten van de uitdagende energiesector die impact hebben op de business analyseer en kwantificeer je.
Op je planning staat vervolgens een pricing comité met B2C sales, marketing & pricing en het sourcing departement waar de nieuwe tariefkaarten besproken worden. Jij zorgt voor de financiële invalshoek en een link met het business plan in de beslissingen.
Tijd voor de lunch Samen halen we een broodje en met het team gaan jullie eten in de Chill-Out.
In de namiddag zit je samen met het product & pricing team, om de gross margin impacten te verfijnen en om te zetten in business beslissingen naar de toekomst.

- Dit ga je doen- Als Commercial controller B2C ben je voor verschillende departementen het aanspreekpunt voor alle gross marge B2C topics : actuals, forecast & budget proces, ad hoc vragen & business cases. Je bespreekt de cijfers met je business partners. Je overlegt met verschillende departementen om volledig inzicht te krijgen op alle drivers die de gross marge beïnvloeden.
- Tijdens de closing werk je nauw samen met het financial control & reporting team, waar je de actuals analyseert & bijstuurt op basis van business input. Je hebt een korte link naar het sourcing team, om kort op de bal te spelen bij grote afwijkingen.
- Je maakt diepte-analyses op basis van de actuals om zaken te verbeteren en de business beter te kunnen aansturen. Je koppelt de resultaten en inzichten ook terug aan het SIMS departement.
- Je bent voor gross margin B2C de lead in het jaarlijkse budget proces & forecast.
- Je staat in voor verrijken van de management rapportering met business inzichten.
- Je hebt voor gross margin commercial control de key contract persoon voor de audit.
- Dit breng je mee- Je beschikt over een Masterdiploma in een financieel of economisch domein of gelijkwaardig door ervaring.
- Je hebt minimum 5-8 jaar relevante werkervaring in een controlling rol of analytische business rol.
- Je krijgt energie van een tandem te vormen met de business en een brug te vormen tussen business & financial controlling. Je bent stressbestendig en werkt graag met verschillende departementen samen om alle dots te verbinden.
- Je hebt een analytische geest en duikt graag in de cijfers om het verhaal achter de cijfers te snappen. Je bent gedreven om proactief aan de slag te gaan om dingen uit te zoeken en boven water te krijgen.
- Je hebt een vergevorderde kennis van Excel en je beheerst MS Office.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en bent in staat om dialoog aan te gaan met collega’s, management en audit.
- Je hebt goesting om in de materie van de energiesector te duiken.
