- Reporting to the HR Leader of UKI, Belgium, Netherlands and Nordics, as a Local HRBP in Belgium, you will be the trusted HR advisor, in the most effective manner for both the company and the employee. You will contribute positively and knowledgeably to projects that support the departmental business plan and influence internal and external stakeholders to support this.- Scope: 100 HC in Sales activities.**AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES**:

- Provide comprehensive HR support to the teams, being the first point of contact for all HR related questions
- Oversee the Onboarding and Offboarding process
- Provide guidance on performance management and advising on best practice on people management processes, including giving advice and guidance on probationary, 1-2-1 and appraisal
- Roll out an effective talent development plan (Engagement, Retention, Succession)
- Ensure best in class Employer standards regarding Employee Relations and working environment, from continual review of Compensation & Benefits to treatment & dignity at work
- Update policies, procedures, and guidelines to consider changes to Belgium/EU law
- Oversee all dispute resolution and disciplinary procedures, ensuring statutory guidelines and company policy are adhered to
- Inform and influence central policy making through agreed forums and collaboration with other departments
- Assist with or take responsibility for various HR generalist activities and ad-hoc projects as and when necessary in order to enhance the service levels of the department

**PROFILE**:

- At least 6 years of experience as an HRBP, strong knowledge of Employee Relations, generalist HR challenges and policy implementation
- Continuous improvement of HR processes to support business objectives, Exposure to working on ER and disciplinary issues involving unions
- Sound knowledge of local employment law (M&A/Integration experience a plus)
- Coaching and empowerment mindset, Good business and commercial acumen, Budget accountability
- Acting as a guardian of the Culture - leading by example in all of the above; maintaining focus on brand building as the cornerstone of our success; demonstrating integrity and trustworthiness
- French and English are a must, Dutch is a plus
