Voor onze Fleet & Business Unit regio Noord (in de ruime omgeving van Kapellen tot Loenhout), zijn wij op zoek naar een gemotiveerde Business Relations Manager. We beloven dat je allesomvattende kennis zal opdoen, waardoor je een échte expert wordt in je vakgebied.

**Wat ga je precies doen?**
- Onze fleetklanten zijn bij jou in de beste handen. Je **beheert een klantenportefeuille **met een mix van nieuwe en bestaande klanten. Je verdiept je actief in hun leefwereld, gaat elke dag op pad om je klanten en prospecten te bezoeken en gaat naar **(netwerk)events om actieve klantenrelaties uit te bouwen **.
- Je bent een **sterke vertegenwoordiger van de merken **die Auto Natie Group verdeelt (Volkswagen, Audi, SKODA, SEAT, CUPRA, Volkswagen Bedrijfsvoertuigen).
- We voorzien een **doorgedreven opleiding **rond Customer Relationship Management, fiscaliteit, Total Cost of Ownership en mobiliteit in het algemeen. Zo word je een echte fleet expert. Je **voert wagenparkanalyses uit, maakt TCOberekeningen **. Je kent de Belgische wetgeving rond fiscaliteit van een wagenpark als de beste en volgt de actualiteit op de voet.
- Je **analyseert de behoeften van de klant rond mobiliteit **en je gaat **op zoek naar de beste oplossingen **. De nadruk ligt uiteraard op het wagenpark, maar je denkt ruimer dan dat. Van wagens en deelwagens tot laadoplossingen en elektrische fietsen, jij werkt op maat van de klant.
- Samen met de Regional Sales Manager, de Fleet Coordinators, de Business Account Advisors en een performante backoffice ga je elke dag aan de slag.

- Mobiliteit en sterke merken zijn jouw passies.
- Fiscaliteit, Total Cost of Ownership en mobiliteit? Jij bent gemotiveerd om bij te leren over. zowat alles
- Je houdt van **warme **klantencontacten **en vindt het belangrijk om **snel en correct een antwoord **te bieden op alle vragen.
- Je bent **extravert **, **communicatief **en een echte **teamspeler **.
- Beschik je over een basiskennis Excel? Dat is vast en zeker een pluspunt.
