Je hebt domeinkennis binnen de overheidssector en wil graag werken aan software projecten met impact? Dan ben jij onze business architect die we zoeken
- Je komt terecht in onze Social Impact divisie die focust op het ontwikkelen van maatwerk software oplossingen voor de overheidssector, mutualiteiten, fondsen van bestaanszekerheid en sociale secretariaten.
- Je helpt mee met het verder uitbouwen van de sectorkennis binnen deze domeinen door het opvolging van trends, interesse en kennis op te bouwen van de evoluties in bijvoorbeeld het nieuwe werken, self service aanbod waarbij de medewerker centraal staat.
- Je bouwt en onderhoudt relaties binnen dit domein
- Je werkt in een Agile omgeving.
- Je vertaalt business behoeften naar business requirements
- Je bent in staat en bereid om een deel van de functionele analyse op te nemen, samen met andere analisten en de development teams
- Je bent samen met de scrum master/projectleider verantwoordelijk voor de voorbereiding en het inplannen van user stories
- Verder volg je de ontwikkeling en het testen van de functionaliteiten op zoals je beschreven hebt in de user stories
- In het projectteam ben jij de linking pin tussen de klant en het team
- Functionele vragen komen bij jou terecht als aanspreekpunt van het ontwikkelingsteam: je geeft input over de business processen
- Je denkt mee na over de visie en de toekomst van onze solution: je beheert de backlog en bewaakt de projectscope.
- Je hebt ook oog voor onuitgesproken noden of mogelijke verbeteringen waar wij met onze expertise en ervaring een oplossing kunnen bieden. Je spot nieuwe business opportuniteiten.
**Wat breng jij mee?**:
- Je hebt minimum 3 à 5 jaar ervaring in één van deze domeinen: federale overheid, sociale gezondheidszorg of sociale zekerheid.
- Je hebt een zeer helder inzicht in de business noden van deze sectoren.
- Je vertegenwoordigt de product owner van de klant.
- Je gaat ook moeilijke gesprekken met de klant aan en bouwt vertrouwen op omdat je vanuit je sector expertise spreekt.
- Je denkt mee na over de visie en de toekomst van onze solutions.
- Je inspireert andere analisten en kan je snel een helicopter view vormen.
- Je wil je verdiepen in de volledige keten van de software ontwikkeling.
- Met jouw kritische blik kan je de zaken conceptueel uitdenken en voorstellen.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en liefst ook Frans.
- Kennisdeling, leergierigheid, gedrevenheid en flexibiliteit behoren tot je DNA
- Met oog voor risico’s en kwaliteit ga je resultaatsgericht te werk
- Je werkt op een Cegeka kantoor naar keuze (Hasselt, Leuven, Gent of Antwerpen) in combinatie met thuiswerk. Je bent ook bereid om je regelmatig te verplaatsen naar onze klanten, voornamelijk in Brussel.
